I am a vegetarian so I cannot evaluate the quality of the fish, but I always find it very good and the menu has many dishes suitable for those who do not eat meat and fish. They are always very kind and the service is fast

Hayama is a good option if you're craving Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is located in the Lorenteggio area, easily reachable by bus 98 or the new blue metro line. The environment is quiet and well-kept, even if without any particular distinctive elements in the furnishings. When we went there was no background music and the customers were few and very quiet, which contributed to creating a relaxed atmosphere. The service was one of the strong points of the evening: we had booked for 8.30pm but we arrived well in advance and they still let us sit without problems, unlike what often happens in other sushi places. The waiters were very kind and welcomed our every request with availability. Furthermore, the service was very quick, with very little waiting between courses. The dishes were good and well presented, but there was nothing that particularly struck me, neither positive nor negative. A classic proposal, which doesn't differ much from the usual all you can eat options. The price for dinner during the week is €26.90, plus around €2 cover charge and €2.50 for drinks, for a total of around €30 per person. In my opinion it is a little high compared to the quality offered, although unfortunately in line with the growing prices of all-you-can-eat sushi. In general I would go back, but perhaps for lunch, when the prices are more reasonable. I recommend it to those looking for a quiet place with fast service, without too many pretensions but still pleasant for an informal evening.

Sushi all you can it, nothing special. The flavor of the fish did not arrive. Varied choice of dishes. I don't like the use of Philadelphia or mayo, present in numerous dishes. For what it offers, the price is high. €26.90 for dinner.

The owner is very kind and super attentive to the service, the dishes are legendary, delicious and very quick to reach the table, furthermore, the decor is truly relaxing and puts you at ease, what more could you want? Try it and you will fall in love with it like I did❤️
