For me the best Japanese restaurant in the province

The menu is abundant and varied, with descriptions of the ingredients even if the photos present are not always as inviting as they should be. I found the quality of both the fish and the meat quite mediocre and the service often made a mistake by delivering the dish to neighboring tables. I found the service quite slow and since I could order 6 dishes at a time I wasn't sure if what I ordered actually arrived or if I had to reorder it. The sashimi is limited to 1 order per person although the portion is generous despite the quantity of pieces not being specified on the menu. The room is not very hot and many at the tables kept their jackets on. Ultimately I had a good time, if you're in the area you can stay there, but many aspects can be improved
