Kambusa In Massarosa

As someone who has probably eaten 200 to 300 pizzas in their life, I can say with certainty: Tonight's pizza was absolutely amazing! It's definitely one of my top three all-time favorites. Not only was the food outstanding, the service was also incredibly attentive and friendly. Both the appetizer and dessert were absolutely top-notch. An all-around perfect culinary experience! I'll definitely be back.

Excellent pizza and always a pleasure to eat

The experience at Kambusa was a discovery that I had not yet made, despite having lived in Tuscany for 15 years. The pizza is truly out of the ordinary: with its honeycomb dough, it is very light. It's like eating a cloud. In fact, at the end of the meal, it is difficult to feel that annoying and excessive feeling of fullness. It's a mixture that makes you feel good and doesn't cause the usual "I stick to the bottle" consequence. Furthermore, the ingredients are very fresh and of excellent quality. Honorable mention to the strawberry ice cream. Absolutely worth trying. The service was nice, especially the girl who took care of us. The environment, in my opinion, is not very well looked after - not if we need to compare it with the excellent cuisine. We could do much better and with less. But those are personal tastes. Very honest prices. Taking two pizzas, two desserts, two glass cokes and a bottle of water we paid €25 each.

I come here from Lucca when I want to eat an extraordinary pizza in an environment I like. I recommend it because I have brought other people who were enthusiastic.

Excellent pizza and good starters

Il locale è carino internamente anche se si presta principalmente a cene estive vista la vicinanza col lago. Pizza buona con ingredienti di qualità…impasto un po’ troppo fine al centro ma comunque apprezzabile

The service was impeccable, the pizza was exceptional

Neapolitan pizzeria (in name and in fact) in Massarosa, in via di Montramito. Good quality pizzas, obviously of the Neapolitan type, quite simple in terms of the variety of toppings, despite the higher than average prices. We had a "special" and a "spring" and we enjoyed both, although the cherry tomatoes in the "spring" were not confit, unlike what was specified on the menu. A slightly higher cooking would have done well (fairly pale cornice in both). We concluded with a babà (not from the house), as there was a rather limited dessert list (and none truly artisanal): the dough was excellent, soft and spongy, but the syrup was completely devoid of rum, resulting in excessive sweetness. Quick service, despite the crowded place, and friendly staff. Medium-high prices, especially for drinks.

Gli antipasti e i dolci sono altrettanto lodati per il loro sapore eccellente. Il personale è gentile e professionale, un servizio veloce e impeccabile. Prezzi considerati giusti per l'esperienza offerta.
