A very welcoming and unique restaurant. The French-speaking staff gave us excellent advice on our choice of dishes. The accompaniments to my dish (peppers and potatoes) could be improved. The peppers were inedible and full of seeds.
A foreign object made its way into one of our desserts, but there was no problem, and the staff was understanding of the situation. We thank you for that.

A wonderful experience at this place.
Traditional cuisine, but especially worth trying is the medieval potance, meat cooked on a red-hot iron mace and then deglazed with cognac at the table, after which the juices are collected on the polenta or potatoes.
A lovely dish, perhaps a little pricey, but worth it.

If you go to this brasserie, you absolutely must try their specialty: beef morsels skewered on a red-hot steel ball that's flambéed with cognac. Not only is the visual effect beautiful, but the meat is delicious!

Ristorante non molto grande , un' atmosfera rilassante. Prezzi onesti e proporzionati alla qualità del cibo servito. Personale Giovane, simpatico e super veloci nel servizio e nel dare consigli. Una nota di merito al Maitre Max, che oltre ad essere un super sportivo (lo si capisce dai suoi racconti di montagna ) è molto gentile e preparato.
Arrivederci a presto, magari la settimana prossima quando tornando da Chamonix mi fermerò nuovamente a Courma per affari. VAI MAX SEI SUPERTOP.

We absolutely love this quaint restaurant. The food is amazing. The salmon was delicious but the real stand out is the Mediaeval ball of meat. It’s so much fun to see the presentation and it comes with different sauces to dip the meat into. The meat was very tender. My kids loved the ribs which seem to be only on the winter menu. The staff is lovely and I highly recommend Judith to anyone visiting.
