What a GREAT place to eat! From the I arrived I was treated to great hospitality and friendly conversation..The menu choices were fabulous! The hostess was gracious, and waiters and chef friendly and helpful! The ONLY thing I dedicated for was the fact I was literally eaten alive by mosquitoes! A bug zapper and some citronella candles are needed. The food was DELICIOUS!

Il jolly... e' perfetto! Il giusto stile ottima cucina tipica porzioni ragionevoli e rapporto qualità prezzo ottima!!! Io parto da Varese almeno 1 volta l'anno x andarci...poi li vicino mi fermo in cantina "Ca bensì",da Federico Robbiani e compro dell' ottimo vino!

Located in the center of Mornese, here you can appreciate the typical cuisine of the place but not only, from time to time you can find new delicious dishes. I often go to Jolly because you eat very well. I recommend the various ravioli proposals, the rich Piedmontese appetizer and the veal with tuna sauce.

It's not the first time we've come here, a restaurant/trattoria, in short, home cooking. We weren't expecting much but all in all it's not bad for a family lunch, apart from the biblical times for a penne with pesto for my son. We ask the waitress if it could be done, answering "I think so and that she was going to ask in the kitchen" when she comes back from the kitchen she tells us "yes but it takes 1 hour". An hour for a simple penne with pesto for a child seems really absurd. We ask another girl, who seemed to be the owner and she tells us that it takes 10 minutes. Now I wonder, what has changed in the meantime? Well, in any case neither 1 hour nor 10 minutes have passed, but rather 40 MINUTES, in fact we had ordered the 5 appetizers at a later time that arrived before the pasta and after eating the first course, my son's pasta was not even there. Finally the most awaited moment arrived "the PASTA", which was not the type of pasta we had asked for, that is, penne, but rather farfalle with pesto. But that's okay, after 40 minutes it's better that I don't wait any longer. The waitress who served us initially was right, that we had to wait so long for a pasta dish for a child and in my opinion she was also very kind throughout the lunch. Prices consistent with what you eat.

We arrived there by chance during a day trip and were really enthusiastic about it. The unique courtesy of the staff and the excellent , convinced us to return soon.

Se vi piacciono le vecchie trattorie anni 80, questo é il posto che fa per voi! Vera cucina casalinga piemontese, con un buonissimo fritto misto ( dall'agnello al latte dolce). Servizio veloce e attento, proprietaria davvero simpatica! Ottimo il loro vino rosé della casa.
