This restaurant on the Trieste waterfront offers a wide selection of dishes. The portions are very tasty and generous. The quality/price ratio is also excellent. Highly recommended.

Nice restaurant - not outstanding.
We had a good meal and a fine Friulian wine.
The service was very good, but the atmosphere in the restaurant took a bit of getting used to. But everyone has different tastes 😉

I passed by here by chance, intrigued by the lunch offer, I ate 2 excellent dishes for almost the price of one, highly recommended and if you can have lunch it's also worth it 😉

Visiting Joia brought us Joy not once but several times. Food was exquisite, personnel friendly even in the busies moments, and of course the atmosphere with the beautiful decor and the Italian music playlist was really heartwarming. Photos speak for themselves. Totally recommend it.

We discovered it by chance and decided to book just to be safe, and the booking process is very effective and intuitive.
As soon as we arrived, we were greeted very kindly by the very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The food was excellent; we had an appetizer and a first course, and the portions were adequate for the price. The atmosphere is very welcoming and well-stocked, especially the bathroom, which also provides sanitary napkins, as well as sweets, perfume, and toothpicks, which is not a given. We had a wonderful evening and recommend it to everyone!🩷

A restaurant overlooking the port of Trieste with modern decor. The music selection on the day we were there was very pleasant. The service was both friendly and professional. The menu clearly and logically focuses on fish. The dishes we ordered were all delicious: quality products, very well prepared and cooked. The price-performance ratio is excellent. Absolutely recommended.

We arrived at Joia on the recommendation of our booking host.
The waitresses welcomed us very kindly and made sure the dishes were to our liking.
As for the food, my boyfriend and I shared mussel soup, fusilli with pistachio pesto and tuna tartare, and roasted octopus. The presentation of the dishes was very pleasant, but the quality was average.
The value for money was a bit too high for the quality of the food and the location.
