Dinner with my wife, a show.
Finally a place where cooking is passion and not just profit.
Everything perfect, from the service to the appetizers to the dessert.
It's rare that I ask to meet the chef to give him my compliments in person, and this is one of those times.
Well done to him, his team and those who manage the place, because to make everything work so flawlessly is not easy,
well done also to all the waiters, always kind, fast and helpful.
If you pass by Trieste, have a dinner here, you won't regret it, I will also remember this dinner with my wife among the beauties of the city.

My partner and I went to dinner last night, it was my first time but she has already been there several times.
The location is beautiful on the banks of Trieste and with ample parking nearby.
The service was good, except for the fact that after the appetizers they asked us if we wanted a dessert when the first courses were still missing.
The appetizer with 3 tartares was excellent, as was the potato and tuna croquette.
The paccheri instead arrived cold, we pointed this out and we were told that they would be remade.
Instead the same dish arrived reheated (half a pacchero was missing from the first tasting).
My partner said that the dessert has totally changed compared to years ago, both in taste and consistency, in fact it was anonymous and stringy.
Despite the mix-ups in the bill, the paccheri and dessert were still present.

We loved dinner. I went with my mother and as Spaniards, it is true that they have a very different way of cooking fish than what we are used to. Way of cooking fish in an elaborate and original way. Very careful presentation of the dishes and a good variety of wine list. Desserts were also very elaborate, the only thing we can say is that the waiting time between dishes was longer than usual, but that's okay, because the dishes arrived well prepared and presented. Pasta dishes are a great option too. Abundant, original and with fresh and seasonal raw materials. They pay special attention to the aromas and for example, the lemon essence reached the smell before the waiter put the plate on the table. Bean sprouts, special! It seems incredible how something so seemingly insignificant can give the dish such a touch, crunchy, fresh, with an earthy flavor. TOP Neapolitan pastiera!
