Excellent dinner, elegant plating, very light bill for the menu offered.
To a venial mistake in the cooking of an appetizer, the chef responded by offering us an excellent mussel soup.

Nice place, good food, friendly service. They change the menu according to the periods. I loved the pistachio tiramisu which I don't know if they still make.

Locale sul lungomare di Trieste, non molti coperti ma si presenta con un personale attento e una buona scelta del menù. Ho personalmente optato per una degustazione che nel complesso mi ha soddisfatto. Tuttavia, se alcuni abbinamenti sono da encomio (e.g. ostrica alla griglia con gelato alla camomilla e granella di mandorle; gamberi in ghiaccio al profumo di anice; suck my kiss), altri personalmente non risultavano l'elemento principale (e.g. pistacchio sul tonno; lardo attorno a ombrina). Ottima la cottura del polpa (mai mangiato così morbido)
