Very nice environment with attention to detail. Tuna tartare and pink prawns and croaker carpaccio are highly recommended. Innovative first courses with exceptional taste. Truly a place to return to a second time, right on the city's seafront.

An embarrassing experience, after ordering the staff had estimated a waiting time of 20 minutes for the cooking of two sea bass, which arrived after 52 minutes, overcooked and with shriveled and salty cherry tomatoes thrown on top of the fish, without sauce and even with cooked basil leaves attached. In the meantime, some breaded sardines arrived, burnt from excessive cooking in oil. And, the wine we ordered, was served
first to the ladies without offering the tasting to the man present. All accompanied by the repeated breaking of glasses on the adjacent counter. All with prices that greatly exorbitant the level of service, cuisine and environment. Meh!

Locale sul lungomare di Trieste, non molti coperti ma si presenta con un personale attento e una buona scelta del menù. Ho personalmente optato per una degustazione che nel complesso mi ha soddisfatto. Tuttavia, se alcuni abbinamenti sono da encomio (e.g. ostrica alla griglia con gelato alla camomilla e granella di mandorle; gamberi in ghiaccio al profumo di anice; suck my kiss), altri personalmente non risultavano l'elemento principale (e.g. pistacchio sul tonno; lardo attorno a ombrina). Ottima la cottura del polpa (mai mangiato così morbido)

Very nice environment and the waitresses with whom we interacted were very knowledgeable and friendly. The place is quite fashionable and certainly attracts a medium/high level clientele. Well organized menu with typical dishes of the area with some contamination but well harmonized. We were about 8 people at the table with various dishes taken and they were very punctual in ordering and delivering the various dishes. We made a couple of "extra rounds" of fritturina because it was really well made and delicious. Even the other seafood dishes are characterized by quality fish and good workmanship. To drink we took their house wine, Friulano and it was definitely enjoyable and very drinkable. Definitely a place to return to.

Leaving not so lovely comments is not my favorite thing to do. However, I also would like to share my experience so that the restaurant may take some of the feedback.
I have to say that the atmosphere and the set up of the table are very inviting and lovely. The service is nice and friendly. However, they forgot to bring the water when we asked for another bottle so I deduct one star ⭐️.
The food looks incredible. The presentation of each dish is very nice. But I don’t think the taste of each dish is my style 😭

Locale scoperto per caso, molto carino accogliente e curato in ogni particolare, personale disponibile e cordiale...ottima la tartare di tonno con scaglie di tartufo e anche le altre con frutti esotici....il piatto di fusilloni alla crema di pistacchi e tartare di tonno davvero eccezionale e la linguina cacio e pepe con tartare di scampi squisita,dal sapore molto delicato...il tutto accompagnato da un vino bianco friulano e come dessert un tiramisù al pistacchio e una pastiera napoletana... consigliato.
