Our most beloved restaurant in Umbria. The cuisine is amazing, proving that high-quality food doesn't necessarily have to be small (try the pasta dishes to believe it). John and Elena, so friendly, made us feel truly at home, and we can't wait to return to try one of the cooking classes!

A quality restaurant with well-cooked and beautifully presented dishes! We had appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts! The only flaw was the lamb! Unfortunately, it was overcooked and a bit burnt: the bitterness covered the lamb's aroma! It's a shame because the rest of the food was definitely good! I'll try it again, perhaps trying other dishes on the menu that inspire me!

Ten of us enjoyed a memorable birthday celebration at John’s. John created a wonderful set menu for us, really imaginative food for this part of Umbria with stuffed Guinea fowl as the the centre piece. All beautifully presented with excellent recommendations for local wine. We are regular visitors to the restaurant and the food is always far superior to most other restaurants in the region. A treat not to be missed if you are in the area and looking for sophisticated cooking in a very attractive modern restaurant with lovely outdoor space.

Second experience at this restaurant in Todi. Authentic and genuine flavors. Prices reflect the quality of the products. Last but not least, the very friendly owner made us feel at home. Highly recommended.

A lovely discovery, a restaurant located halfway up the hill on the way to Todi and Collevalenza. I had a chitarra cacio pepe and truffle dish, and for my main course, a pork tenderloin with gorgonzola and arugula. Everything was delicious, even the house wine. Recommended!
