This evening we went to Jibo at the recommendation of the owner of our B&B. After spending a week in Baroque Sicily, this restaurant was the one that most impressed us with its traditional cuisine and the owner's kindness. We ate sublime linguine with pistachio pesto, wonderful ricotta and scampi tortelli, and exquisite octopus. I thank Aladino, the owner, who makes you feel at home, and I highly recommend at least one visit. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Outside family dining at its best. The Ravioli with pistachio pesto was so delicious. The Macaroni with basil pesto was amazing and the wine selection is extensive. Our server have great suggestions on wine. We had a 2022 Etna Rossi it paired well and was just the right touch to our dinner.

Très bon ! Service rapide et de qualité ! Quelle belle découverte ! Restauration typique ! C’est un bel endroit à découvrir. Pour deux plats + une eau plate et les 2€ de service 36,50€. Le jeune serveur parle très bien français.

05/03/2026: Hi, we went for pizza for dinner and had a great time. Excellent pizza with quality ingredients. The owner and staff were very kind and the service was excellent. What can I say? See you soon and thank you.
03/03/2026: Simply put, the pizza was delicious. As vegans, we sometimes struggle with finding flavorful options for pizza around Sicily. Thankfully, here at Sicily they had very flavorful options and they were very accommodating to us. Also the owner Sebastiano promised that he would be adding Vegan cheese and gluten free options very soon!
