The roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) was very authentic, the most unexpected bonus of my trip to Rome. The roast duck was also delicious.

I spent two days in Rome and stumbled upon this place. I ate there once and went back again. The roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) was delicious, even better than most roujiamo in China. The owner's skills are excellent! 👍 I'll definitely come back next time. I highly recommend it!

It was our first time at Jiamo Lab, and we were truly satisfied. We tried their Jiamo, one with the original stewed pork filling and one with chicken: both were exceptional, and you could taste the quality and care they put into making them. We also tried the udon noodles, and after eating them in many other places, we can say they're the best we've ever had. A special thanks also to the owner: extremely kind, helpful, and truly passionate. It was a pleasure meeting him. We'll definitely be back! Greetings from Alberto in Pavia!

Everything was perfect. It was absolutely worth the two-hour drive. I'll definitely be back to try the duck and udon.
Update July 10, 2026: I went back to try the duck. It was truly excellent. It's fun to make your own dumplings with the duck and other toppings. I'll be back for the udon 😁

Incredibly delicious! The pastry is absolutely fantastic! The meat portion is generous, even more so than many places in China! The owner even gave us two bottles of water when we left; they were incredibly kind. This restaurant deserves the highest rating! No other Chinese restaurant in the UK can compare!

Delicious food. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Chen makes amazing jiamo, freshly prepared. The music is always on point. The place is spotless and tidy. Go here in the evening close to opening time for the bao. They're the best bao I've ever had. I'm always happy to spend my money here.

A hidden gem, the place is small and overlooked. We went there on the recommendation of others and were absolutely not disappointed. The menu isn't overly extensive, but every dish is perfectly prepared; the duck udon noodles were our favorite, exceptional. The staff is very sweet and attentive, and the bill, although already excellent, was further discounted at the cashier because we had ordered so many items. Absolutely impeccable.

Super delicious! The roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) is even better than the ones in China. The cabbage reminded me of home. The owner is also very nice and even gave us free iced water. Highly recommend! The best Chinese food I had in Rome.
