We stopped by by chance and discovered the African menu. Never was a case luckier. A sumptuous lunch, each dish described in detail. The owner also advised us on the "right" quantities for two people to the detriment of the bill (we thought we would order and spend more). In short, a very happy experience, a beautiful atmosphere that we can't wait to repeat

Stanchi dei soliti “menu tipici” abbiamo deciso di provare questo ristorante africano. Atmosfera intima e accogliente, servizio amichevole e familiare, piatti da tutta l’Africa, ottimi e ben bilanciati nei sapori. In più, prezzi del tutto onesti, anche in relazione alla quantità. Un plauso alla giovane cuoca, ci rivedremo presto!

Worth trying for both African cuisine and national dishes

I had dinner in this restaurant last night with a group of friends, we tasted several African dishes and we really enjoyed it! Attentive and very kind staff. I will definitely be back!

Sono stata insieme alla mia famiglia ed altri amici a pranzo in questo ristorante. La scelta è caduta casualmente da parte di mia cognata che, incuriosita dalla cucina non solo tipica pugliese ma anche africana , ha voluto prenotare. Il ristorante si trova a Grottaglie, piccolo borgo famoso per la lavorazione delle ceramiche tipiche pugliesi. Il ristorante è piccolo e grazioso , con arredi etnici. Veniamo accolti da una signora molto gentile che ci fa accomodare , il pranzo procede piacevolmente anche se quel giorno , essendoci poco personale sia in cucina che in sala , il menù subisce delle variazioni ( menù africano non disponibile) così come i tempi di attesa . I piatti si presentano davvero buoni , e veniamo accontate da un fuori menù, i falafel , super buoni per chi ama la cucina speziata. Piacevole pranzo che si conclude anche con ottimi dolci. L'unica nota negativa è l'errore del conto che , fortunatamente, si risolve positivamente.
