I just returned from a trip organized with Jambo Tour in Thailand (Bangkok, Northern Thailand, Koh Samet Island) and it was a wonderful experience. Stefania, our Jambo representative, was very precise and punctual in her work of organisation, choice of seats, contact with representatives in Thailand, sending reminders about payments/flights/documents etc: this was extremely valuable in order not to "miss out on any pieces". Response times have always been very quick and this is another point in favor of this agency. During the trip, always knowing who we could turn to in case of need contributed to allowing us to live the experience with serenity and lightness. Vincenzo and Micheal as on-site contacts and Mem and Paola as guides (native speakers of Thai but perfectly fluent in Italian) were excellent. In addition to this, Thailand is a fantastic land, an excellent compromise for those looking for sea and relaxation but also nature, culture and history. This was my first trip with Jambo but I'm sure there will be many more to come, I highly recommend it.

The experience at the Nika Island Resort and SPA exceeded all expectations. The sea does not need to be commented because it is a unique paradise! Very nice to have the reef nearby, easily reachable by swimming. The resort is lovely. Impeccable cleaning and culinary standards. Staff always helpful, kind and very friendly. Well stocked diving and trained and very competent guys. We did several dives and they were amazing! Silvia and Alessandro from the Jambo agency followed us immediately with great professionalism! Really good!

We returned from our honeymoon in Japan, everything was beyond our expectations! We were looked after before and during the trip with great efficiency and kindness, I would go back to jambo tour to organize my trips.
