I come here once a week. Ginza is the best sushi I've ever eaten in Bologna. I recommend it.

I often return to this place where the only flaw is the two-shift schedule to manage reservations on weekends, for the 9pm shift they usually make you wait a while to give the table. The food is up to par, only the bathrooms are a little dirty, but this depends on the rudeness of the people. Fresh and very assorted sushi, very fast table service. Advised

I apologize for the other time... I was rude, the time before this I came with 4 of my friends, there were 5 of us, if I'm not mistaken, it was my first time, there I managed to eat new delicious dishes, this restaurant if I have to say the truth is my best and I recommend it if you are a sushi lover or want to eat sushi for the first time, very kind and polite waiters, I apologize again, see you next time❤️😋

I've been many times and always eaten well, I've never had stomach problems, and it's one of the best Japanese restaurants in Bologna!

Il pezzo forte è il tablet sul tavolo , dal quale puoi ordinare i piatti in autonomia, che comunque si trova ormai in diversi locali del genere. Il menu è discretamente ricco. Per quanto riguarda la qualità , si trova di meglio

Locale accogliente... ho trovato molta interessante l'ordine dei piatti tramite tablet con foto e prezzi ...servizio veloce ...piatti non troppo abbondanti... c'è molta scelta di piatti sia giapponesi che cinesi..qualità cibo buona

24/01/2025: I've always eaten well at Puyuma, that's a certainty! The food is always good and the portions sufficient. The super friendly staff! The only thing I would improve is the decor: the LED lights are a little too bright in the evening at dinner. For the rest, wonderful place. I'm always happy to come back!

13/02/2025: Very small but well kept rotisserie. Classic and very varied menu, I tried the ravioli with Chinese vegetables and the fresh prawn pasta and it was all good I must say. Fair prices, overall I would recommend it.
04/02/2025: They work mainly as takeaways, there is a counter + chairs but the environment is not heated, so it is preferable to consume on site in the hot period. Other than that the food is excellent and plentiful. Above all, I really liked the chicken with potatoes which is difficult to find in other restaurants. Very honest prices. If you don't care about the location it's perfect.
