Fantastic experience! I was a little worried about the tasting menu, but it was quite generous! Excellent care and attention from both the chef and his assistants, as well as the waiting staff! We paired the menu with a very fragrant and delicious sake recommended by the sommelier. At the end of the dinner, the chef brought out several sakes and elixirs from small local producers for us to taste! I definitely want to come back!

A truly pleasant and successful omakase experience. I thoroughly enjoyed both the quality of the food—precise, balanced, and prepared with fresh ingredients—and the attention to detail.
One aspect I particularly appreciated was the chef's friendliness: incredibly kind, polite, and instantly put you at ease.
I also greatly appreciated the sake and wine pairings, which were well thought out and harmonious with the dishes.
The service was attentive and impeccable, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.

I don't know where to begin to describe the experience: we went for a friend's birthday, and it was the best sushi dinner of our lives. The chef was truly kind and immersed us in authentic Japanese cuisine, offering delicate and sophisticated dishes that truly impressed us. Iyo is an immersive experience that embraces all the senses, a must-see for lovers of oriental cuisine.
As soon as you cross the threshold you are welcomed into a location cared for down to the smallest details, with well-spaced tables.
The service is impeccable, as refined and elegant as it is, never mechanical and always attentive. As soon as you arrive you are honored with a welcome tea and the classic oshibori wet wipe to sanitize your hands, and then move on to the chef's welcome.
The wine list is extensive and the sommelier is ready to help with the choice.
I opted for an à la carte lunch, as I was intrigued by some particular dishes.
Each course was an immersive dive into oriental cuisine, starting from refined ingredients and combined to perfection.
The price is worth the experience.

It was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed everything, the food, the staff and especially the friendliness of the Chef and all his detailed explanations of the dishes. The selection of sake and especially the Japanese limoncello were excellent! We will definitely be back!
