I accidentally ended up here today, but oh, what a stroke of luck!
I've had the most delicious cannolo ever! The ricotta is so soft.
The service was also very friendly!

This is a delicious cake shop that was recommended to me by the owner of the place I was staying at.
Everything was so delicious, it's a shame it's not easy to visit.
I tried many cannoli in Sicily, but the ones from this shop were the BEST. The tartness of the ricotta, the flavor of orange, and the savory taste of pistachio were all perfectly balanced.
It's a shame I can't bring some back to Japan with me.
I'm currently enjoying sweets like almond croccante in Japan, and I'm really glad I brought them back as souvenirs.
If you're passing through Ragusa and have a sweet tooth, this is a shop you should definitely visit.

This morning, we happened to pass by this pastry shop, thinking it also served as a café. The very kind lady directed us to a café in the center. However, we couldn't resist the attraction of the products on display and the kindness of the lady. At the end of our visit, we returned to the Iudice pastry shop, purchasing the best cannoli of our lives, as well as other pastries. A huge compliment to the lovely and kind lady, and a recommendation not to leave Ragusa Ibla without stopping by.

Well-made desserts, delicious to eat and beautiful to look at. The savoy has a delicious texture and flavor. The tray of desserts we ordered traveled by car from Ragusa Ibla to San Cataldo and, even though it remained in the car for about 7 hours, the pastries arrived intact (I emphasize the freshness of the ingredients used). The owner, a very nice lady. See you soon, I hope, bye Anita, Alessandro and Sara.
