I'Tuscani 2 In Firenze

The most delicious steak I have ever had. I had the bistecca florentina and it was so juicy, flavorful and just melt in your mouth. The staff were friendly and explained the menu. They have a set menu at a decent price but I just had to try the bistecca and it was worth the expense

Meat with a capital C. You can tell that the owner is truly passionate about his job and knows what he puts on the plates of his customers. I had never tried the Florentine Simmenthal. It's certainly not the cheapest place to enjoy a steak, but it's definitely worth the slightly higher than average cost. I'll be back.

The servers were not just cordial, they were humorous as well as knowledgeable, giving us insight into the kinda of steaks they offered Florentino style. Best steak I've had by far, ordered with porcini mushrooms and fried potatoes it is the best meal I've had and that is high praise as Italian cuisine has some real highlights. This steak house is a must try if you come to Firenze/Florence and are a red-meat lover. We got the T Bone from Germany region with beautiful marbling that made the steak melt in your mouth. Ramiro also deserves high praise for his service, 10/10!

Loved every single of moment of it - the waiter will be brutally honest with you, proving he wants you to have the best experience in Florence. We ordered the famous steak (3.2 pounds for two people), with all the sides: the porcini mushrooms are a must try! I suggest to try their cheesecake with Chianti glaze: original and better than certain ones in the US!

All I can say about the Steak Florentine is wow that a Lotta meat! It was superb and the sides as well.

Was really looking forward to dining here after reading all the positive reviews. I guess we’ve had a lot of fantastic beef in our life, because we thought the meal was very good but not the greatest. The beef was very very salty, grizzly in parts, not as tender as we expected, but otherwise very flavourful. The tables are very tiny but the overall ambience was nice. Very cozy and romantic setting. The service was the biggest disappointment. Our server was arrogant and made for a negative experience. He referred to us as American (understandably, similar accents to some, I get that) but when we told him we are Canadian, he said “same thing”. When I tried to explain we are not the same, instead of accepting his mistake he became dismissive. He seemed to think we needed schooling and questioned us about how much we know about steak. He also took the opportunity to correct me on how I pronounced some Italian words. Pretty rude given we are paying customers, not children. He told us the bottle of wine we ordered was not available, and that they only had the more expensive bottle. I think that might have been untrue but I let it go. When you’re serving people from around the world it wouldn’t hurt to educate yourself a bit, particularly given the political climate today. Overall we didn’t leave the restaurant feeling great.

Cosimo and Oliver made our night an amazing experience. It was a late night reservation (because it was all we could get for our larger party) and my kids were dragging, but they went the extra mile to keep them happy. And the food.... Amazing. I was told that in Florence, I should eat Bistec Fiorentina. It was everything I was told it would be, but I suspect that I'Tuscani goes above and beyond the rest of the city for their steaks. If you are in Firenze, and you are interested in the best beef, you should eat here.

Vi blev anbefalet en serie af mad, hvor vi startede med en masse små retter bestående af lokale specialiteter, brødet var dog ret kedeligt. Dernæst fulgte en kæmpe delebøf, hvortil vi fik salat, kartofler og de dejligste grøntsager. Dele hele blev ledsaget af en lokal rødvin. Betjeningen var nærværende og god. Tjeneren insisterede på at vil skulle slutte af med 3 lokale shots på huset regning, de 2 første var fine, men det sidste var ikke vores kop “the”

La miglior Fiorentina che abbiamo mai mangiato! Atmosfera accogliente, giovane e competente il personale; il tutto gestito dal simpatico proprietario. Bravissimi! Da tornarci.
