If it was possible I would give this place 6 stars. Definitely the highlight of our 4 day visit to Florence. We shared sirloin on the bone which was unbeatable - perfectly seasoned, mega flavoursome and accepted (if not encouraged) to pick up the bone and nibble the edges. Tiramisu was fantastic, and house wine was very well priced and excellent. If we weren't leaving tomorrow, I'd come again.
We also had porcini mushrooms which were delicious and unlike how I have had previously (very tender, creamy even, and lovely porcini flavour as you'd expect). Salad and potatoes also very nice. We ended with a complimentary shot of chamomile grappa which was surprisingly smooth, easily drunk and distinctive chamomile flavour.
Can't rate this place high enough!

We went to this restaurant last Sunday, a well-kept place, excellent Florentine steaks... the two (very nice) guys who served us were very professional in advising us on everything. We will absolutely be back!

This wasn't just the best steak I've ever had, this was the best FOOD I've ever had. Period. In my life. And I've traveled all over the world. If I could vote this place higher than 5 stars, I'd give them 10.
First off, the service was fantastic. We had a party of 6 and we showed up the afternoon of new years eve. Our server Oliver took amazing care of us, gave us amazing recommendations, quick and professional service, and was even kind enough to hook us up with a bunch of recommendations for bars for later. He taught us all about the specifics of what makes a Florentine steak, the history of the area, and nailed every wine recommendation. He genuinely treated us like we were his good friends and made the experience that much better.
Now, this food. Holy lord this food. This was the best meal I've had in my life. The steak was flawless, it was seared on the outside to perfection, smoky delicious texture, and seasoned with salt and amazing other spices. Unbelievably good.
All in all, I can't recommend this place enough. Even the owner came out and greeted us just to be nice and make sure the experience was great. If you want a fantastic experience in Florence, please go here.

A very authentic place, it was fantastic to have discovered it on my trip to Florence. The food is delicious, and the waiters (who are charming) give you very good advice. The meat is a delicacy and is a must-try dish to taste the authentic taste of Florence.
The sign that it is not a tourist trap is that we were one of the few tourists eating at the time, almost all of them were Italian. You pay for quality, but it's worth it.
Without a doubt, if I return to Florence... You will see me again at the restaurant.

Exceptional Florentine, very friendly and hospitable environment.
We concluded a birthday dinner between 5 friends from Trentino in an extremely fun way thanks to the friendliness and generosity of the staff. Watch out, we're coming back 😉

Tasty starter and wonderful steak. Wine by the glass with superb advice from the host Oliver really made our evening. A fab atmosphere and super friendly staff. Would recommend!

We arrived at the restaurant “I Tuscani” and were immediately greeted by the restaurant manager Oliver who made us comfortable. Beautiful and cosy restaurant. He then showed us a wonderful 1.3 kg “Fiorentina Steak” and recommended an excellent Chianti Riserva wine to go with it. The cooking of the “Fiorentina” was perfect, the meat exceptional and the service impeccable. At the end of the meal we were offered a very good liqueur “Made in Tuscany”.
They brought us the bill with some delicious freshly baked “Cantucci” (almond biscuits).The quality-price was really EXCELLENT.
I recommend “I Tuscani” for those who want to enjoy an unforgettable “FIORENTINA” (T-bone steak)
