It was pleasant, family atmosphere without too many frills, homemade food, fresh homemade pasta too, really good typical dishes, owner who is a nice chef who explains to you well how he cooked the dishes he will serve you, the price.. .to eat well you can't aim for a low price, even if it's honest.

Excellent Tuscan cuisine in Vigevano. Superb Fiorentina and rib-eye. Highly recommended. I will return to taste the other typical Tuscan dishes. Spectacular Fiorentina

You can already hear it in the voice of those who welcome you as soon as you enter with a friendly "welcome", very distinct from the classic "good evening", pronounced according to a decidedly foreign Italian and knowingly tending towards pure Tuscan... you can see it in the eyes of those who greet you comes to accompany you to the table or to choose your favorite corner, in the warmth of the owner Stefano who comes to the table not only for the service but to get to know you personally, like a waiting person or an old adventure companion and give you his own culture and good advice... telling you about the recipes prepared by your mother and grandmother... An experience more than an evening from the point of view of the guests (and not just the customers)... and in any case it ends successfully... truly living, in the colours, flavours, scents and atmosphere of a land (the strictly Tuscan one more generally).... This timeless enchanted corner remains far from commercial incursions, free from common inflections and free from tacky and superficial interests... Excellently run place, extremely high quality dishes (really good starters and an excellently prepared dinner, croutons, red meat, suckling pig and other specialties such as ribollita or tomato soup), fantastic staff well looked after in a simple and characteristic and above all clean outfit , hygiene widely taken care of, followed and widespread in every corner, from the common areas, from the serving counter to the toilets.... A situation which, when put into context, is livened up with an influx of people eager to feel good, and from Toscanaccio (which has nothing to envy of other similar places in the area) you feel good, thanks also to a constant but discreet presence of the service.... Easy parking nearby and spaces that still allow sufficient attention to our in(super)abled friends.... Truly beautiful, highly recommended, also with an eye to the price absolutely well compared to the quality and quantity, certainly within everyone's reach.... Finally, the setting that is anything but accessory is happy, that of a Vigevano that really smacks of times gone by... but not yet gone... In any case, Stefano took me back to Bivigliano, closer to Mugello than in Florence… Thank you with all my heart!

Excellent experience: starting from the owner's welcome, his willingness to describe the dishes, the recipes and the origin of the raw materials. The food is excellent, the portions generous. Cozy and intimate place, perfect service. Definitely coming back to try the other specialties. A credit of honor to the stuffed pepper and the desserts, I don't have photos because they were tasted quickly. Congratulations for everything!
