Flavors of times gone by, in a very familiar environment and atmosphere. We had a really good time, we would have liked to eat the whole menu... but it wasn't possible 😄 That's why we'll be back soon!!!

Stefano immediately made us feel welcomed, a nice atmosphere, excellent dishes prepared with skill and refinement. But the highlight is him!

Cosa dire… attratti dalle recensioni entusiaste e dalla ricerca di nuovi ristoranti dove andare a cena riscontriamo invece un posto senza calore, senza anima. Mangiato bene? Ni Mangiato male? Assolutamente no Però tutto svolto come un compitino, con una non necessaria velocità, tutto spiegato troppo velocemente, portato in tavola troppo velocemente (in 45 minuti uno ha mangiato senza assaporare la serata), e infatti manca tutta la cura necessaria. L’antipasto non è male ma è sproporzionato tra la parte crostini (abbondante) e salume (risibile). Il misto carne e’ tutto un po’ bruciacchiato e asciutto e poco saporito ma non è cattivo. Il roast-beef è freddo in modo anomalo e seppure il sapore non sia male la percezione non è positiva Buone le patate. Il dolce non impattante. Peccato… ci vorrebbe solo un po’ di cura invece di pensare a svolgere tutto alla velocità della luce e trovarsi a ore 21.45 con il ristorante già deserto. In fondo uno deve riapparecchiare solo 8 tavoli, non 80, e invece il focus sembra quello. Non ci ha fatto venire voglia di tornare.

Stefano is a very nice host who knows how to put you at ease, excellent raw materials and dishes like those your grandmother would make, with her heart! I haven't been there for a long time but I hope to return soon, my mouth always waters when I think about it!

The portions are generous and the flavors authentic, just like they used to be. The service is impeccable: courtesy, friendliness and special attention for each guest. I come back often, because here you don't just come to eat, but to live an experience of true Tuscan hospitality. Absolutely recommended!

Nel nome del ristorante si ritrovano le origini del bravo e simpatico titolare e la tipologia di cucina proposta. Piatti spettacolari, materie prime buonissime e ottimamente lavorate, un ambiente piccolo ma confortevole. La carne "di casa" è di un livello superiore, il misto di crostini proposto negli antipasti vi trasporta da Vigevano nelle trattorie toscane, emozioni e bontà. Consigliato, molto.
