I went there tonight for dinner with my girlfriend and I have to say that a sandwich this good and this honest in Perugia is not easy to find. Very polite and cheerful staff, highly recommended P.S. in the photos the sandwich is not well cooked because I had asked for it like this, very good

Gran lugar italiano para una hamburguesa. Un poco fuera de la calle principal, que era agradable. La comida, la cerveza y el servicio eran increíbles. El propietario / slash Manager era muy agradable, estaba muy ocupado, pero estaba muy atento realmente disfrutó de lo que estaba haciendo. Un gran lugar que proporcionó un pequeño descanso de los restaurantes italianos habituales, pero todavía tiene un bonito toque italiano. Muy recomendable.

28/07/2025: A favorite of many locals and tourists, this place can get busy so we recommend making reservations right when they open to get the best view and going on less busy nights. The carbonara is out of this world and they do offer a great gluten-free roll.

20/07/2025: For me, this restaurant is always a guarantee! Excellent food, fast and friendly service, and a lovely atmosphere. And Norcia is always beautiful and vibrant! The homemade tagliatelle with truffles are delicious, as is the truffle frittata, but also the gnocchi, lentil soup, and meat. I really like the ricotta, chocolate, and lentil tart, which unfortunately ran out... My only suggestion: undercook the chocolate tart, because the dark chocolate center had dried out—a shame! The prices are fair. I recommend it.
09/07/2025: A truly extraordinary experience, I came to eat in the evening, all 4 of us had a great time. Exceptional service, with wonderful dishes, perfect value for money, I hope to go back as soon as possible.
