Located on Via Pietro Verri, just steps from the historic Via Labicana, this restaurant stands out as an altar dedicated to seafood excellence, where the sea becomes a liturgy and the dish transforms into a sensory experience.
The catch is disarmingly fresh: lobsters, scampi, prawns, and crabs are harvested directly from live tanks, a testament to a very short supply chain and a culinary philosophy devoted to purity. The dish I had the privilege of tasting—a sumptuous triumph of raw shellfish garnished with green tomatoes, Tropea red onion, black olives, and a citrus-scented extra virgin olive oil—was an ode to the raw ingredients, harmonious in presentation and vibrant on the palate.
The courteous and punctual service moves at the tip of the fork, leaving room for contemplation of the flavors, while the ambiance—sober yet elegant—discreetly accompanies the solemnity of the meal.
However, it must be emphasized that the experience, however memorable, comes at a high price. The prices are above average, even by the standards of Roman fine dining. The final bill, while justified by the quality of the ingredients and the undoubted gastronomic expertise, may be unaffordable for an unselect audience or those inclined to occasional luxury.

Cena fantastica a base di pesce. Posto eccellente per una cena gourmet, raccomandato soprattutto agli amanti del pesce crudo e dei frutti di mare crudi. A mio parere il migliore di Roma. Ristorante elegante senza esagerazioni con personale gentile e cordiale. Prezzi all'altezza della qualità.
