Everything perfect! The rice in all the sushi dishes is very soft, definitely "levels above average"! Tuna and salmon melt in your mouth! Really recommended! We finished it all off with a delicious yuzu liqueur!

I have been to Japan 3 times and this sushi has nothing to envy of that of Otaru, the "capital" of sushi in Hokkaido. The managers are very kind and every aspect, from the food to the furnishings, is taken care of in detail. There are also various Japanese objects you can purchase: you can see the owners' love and deep knowledge of Japanese culture. There is also a large assortment of Japanese music LPs. It was a truly unforgettable dining experience crowned, at the end, by a vast choice of mochi.
