We come to Quintili very often and have tried all the other locations in Rome. The pizza is always exceptional, with a nice thick crust and a very thin center. The ingredients are always delicious, and the combinations are perfect. The menu offers a wide selection of traditional Campania appetizers, such as pasta frittatas and stuffed croquettes. Classic and specialty pizzas are available, and you can even choose the "cartwheel" version.
The restaurant is spacious and offers outdoor dining. The staff and service are very quick. The only downside is parking, which is always hard to find in this area.

Excellent Neapolitan-style pizzeria, excellent service. Clean place with a comfortable, well-organized veranda.
I'm not giving it 5 stars because I wasn't impressed with the ambiance; it's a bit sad; perhaps it's due to its location.
Anyway, it's a great place if you want to eat authentic Neapolitan pizza.

The pizza is one of the best I've ever eaten. I'll definitely go back because last time I was in a bit of a hurry and luckily the service was quick despite it being packed.

Exceptional pizza; we tried the wagon wheel and the Neapolitan dough, both perfect.
The wagon wheel Margherita was a pleasant discovery: perfect dough, excellent leavening, and excellent flavor.

A cena con la mia fidanzata, prenotiamo alle 22, perché prima non c'era disponibilità. Arrivati,. nonostante i camerieri venissero da evidenti turni stancanti, sono stati veloci, presenti e gentili.
Io non conosco tantissime pizzerie buone a Roma, ma questa vale la pena. Per antipasto un pizza fritta alla quale forse mancava una spinta, ma molto buona. Pizza sublime, leggera, impasto contemporaneo ottimo e ingredienti di valore, come l'ottimo sapore dell'olio buono che arrivava al palato. Dolci belli "zozzi", nel senso buono, da estasi.
Finora la miglior pizza che ho mangiato a Roma. Non capisco così tante recensioni negative, sicuramente è un posto molto frequentato che mette a dura prova i camerieri, ma ci torneremo
