I was invited to this pizzeria by some local friends and it was a truly pleasant surprise. I must say I was very satisfied with both the food and the service. The clouds with mortadella and stracciatella were truly excellent! The mortadella pizza was very good. The only flaw was the flambéed carbonara pizza (certainly very spectacular 😉) that my friend had... we were a little disappointed, but it could just be personal taste. Otherwise, the service was very good and pleasant. I will definitely be back ☺️

We'd been wanting to try Quintili for a while.
We started with fried foods: an Amatriciana croquette, absolutely excellent and highly recommended, and a Nerano-style frittatina.
The frittatina, like the croquette, was super crunchy and dry, but unfortunately the zucchini flavor wasn't there; it tasted like a classic frittatina with béchamel sauce.
We continued with two pizzas, whose dough was very light and digestible, and the ingredients were good.
Overall, a good pizza, perhaps a little too "wet," but still good flavor.
I recommend it.

Very accessible by metro.
