I ate at this pizzeria a few days ago and I must say that the quality of the ingredients is very noticeable. The only flaw that made me feel a little bad was that I took the CASERTANA pizza (exquisite) and there were literally 5 pieces of sausage, which was also delicious. Of these 5 pieces of sausage, one was also a quarter of a "normal" piece. Please, I will definitely come back but next time add a few more pieces of sausage because it is really good and 5 little pieces won't even make half a normal sausage. For the rest I would definitely recommend it!

The missing star is for the place which is not really suited to a pizzeria, it almost looks like an office and inefficient air conditioning, otherwise highly recommended, fabulous pizzas, fried foods and above all the omelettes which are sublime and not greasy. Efficient and quick service. It's worth going there.

Ottima pizza declinata in gusti diversi e appetitosi. Salsicce e friarielli ė assolutamente da provare… gustosa anche in una caldissima sera d’estate. La pizza fritta con mortadella e bufala merita una menzione speciale per bontà e qualità degli ingredienti. Il locale ė sempre affollato e si consiglia la prenotazione.

Very good cheese and pepper croquette, good pizza, good dough, but it's better not to have "this crust" on the pizza: de gustibus non disputandum est. Better to book especially on weekends.

5 stars for the Quintiles.
I went to dinner at Quintili's in Furio Camillo. I have to compliment the managers, from the location to the products offered. I noticed the quality in the pizza, if you want to eat a proper pizza, you won't be disappointed by this place. The service is also effective, prompt and organised. The environment was perfect, both outside and inside. The price is right, with €20 I got two pizzas, one of which was "wagon wheel" and therefore larger. Obviously giving up the appetizers.

The cheese and pepper omelette complete with a small bowl is delicious 🤤. Light and fluffy dough, quality products, excellent service. As soon as they brought us the pizza it smelled wonderful. Absolutely worth repeating 😉
