Io Cucino In Bibbona

A truly interesting restaurant, perfect service, and a quaint interior. The staff was helpful and immediately made us feel at ease. We had a baby, and they provided everything we needed for him, from seating with a high chair to cutting his own pasta and serving it first. Prices are in line with the area, and the meat is very good; if it isn't cooked to your liking, they'll take it back to the kitchen to re-cook it to your liking.

Everything was great, the only shame is that the entrance door is constantly opened to access the outside area.

This small restaurant in Bibbona's historic center boasts a perfect atmosphere and a refined menu. The selection of locally sourced ingredients and the excellent wine list are the restaurant's strong points. Everything is superb, from the appetizer (a charcuterie board and crostini) to the main course (lamb with herbs and roasted rabbit with truffles), to the dessert (3 shells: delicious homemade ice cream). The staff is very friendly and professional. If you're in Bibbona and want to eat well, come here!

I've been there three times in about a year... the first time was sublime. The service was truly excellent and the food was undeniable. The second time, perhaps mindful of the first, I let myself go without observing and "listening." The third time was a few weeks ago, on a Friday, and I noticed a decline in the service. The dining room staff was too young, so in my opinion, they were less inclined to show the kind of attention a place of this caliber should offer. That said, I was surprised by the food. I always order the veal agnolotti with roast beef sauce, and unfortunately, on this occasion, it wasn't the dish I knew and appreciated. Of course, a bad night always happens... especially towards the end of the summer season, which is why I'll return as soon as possible to definitely change my mind. I'll conclude by saying that my criticism is meant to be constructive as well as stimulating. I gave it 4 stars because among all the top ratings, at least they'll stand out 😘.

Secondo me il miglio posto dove mangiare carne . La carne è buonissima , accompagnata da attimi vini (anche di alto livello) . I fiori ripieni sono favolosi , come il prosciutto . Ma se volete mangiare dell ottima carne non c’è posto migliore . Il personale è molto cordiale e preparato anche sui vini sapranno dare ottimi consigli per abbinare ai piatti in base ai gusti

Locale molto curato nel centro di Bibbona. L interno è ben arredato e accogliente,di classe. Ma è il cibo a fare la differenza. Preso due antipasti di carne. Il mio era un tagliere di salumi con crostini toscani e di brasato. I crostini, di 3 tipi, mi hanno fatto impazzire. Anche la tartare al coltello della mia compagna ottima. Di secondo preso il galletto ripieno dei suoi fegatini. Buonissimo anch'esso. Consigliato. Ci sono diversi fuori menù legati sempre al mondo della carne e della cacciagione, quindi si ha più varietà una volta arrivato in loco. A chiudere personale giovane, veloce e disponibile. Consigliatissimo
