Io Cucino is a restaurant located in the historic center of Bibbona. I recommend sitting outside to fully enjoy the atmosphere.
The menu offers first choice typical Tuscan dishes, is varied (vegetarian dishes are also available) and is then completed with dishes of the day.
Absolutely worth returning.

“Io Cucino” is located in the heart of the enchanting Bibbona, where the atmosphere is magical and in the evening the children run around the alleys playing hide and seek, rather than being dazed in front of their cell phones: the perfect premise for a divine dinner.
The service is attentive and punctual, the quality of the dishes is nothing short of excellent and the cellar is varied and of a high standard.

Excellent evening at “Io Cucino”. The cuisine is regionally oriented with good, well-crafted products. The delicious antipasti, and the remarkable pigeon (secondo). The wines are also remarkable and the advice wise. Efficient and smiling service. All in this magical village of Bibbona. In short, go there with your eyes closed...

Che dire, la cena di stasera consumata con amici presso Io Cucino a Bibbona e’ stata assolutamente fantastica. Voglio essere ancor più chiaro assegno un bel voto 10 in pagella a tutto ciò che ho assaggiato perché raramente mi capita una materia prima di questo livello. Complimenti allo chef Gionata e bravi i ragazzi in sala, simpatici, spigliati e professionali. Grazie perché mi avete regalato 3 ore di felicità trascorse in un luogo che sembrava sviluppato all’interno di un film. Magia pura!!!
