Beautiful hotel with great facilities made excellent by the outstanding service by every staff member

We spent a little over a week here and are very impressed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very modern, clean and was cleaned every day. There was a small amount of water per person for free every day and our bathroom was particularly spacious. The breakfast was also great. There were several juices, various sweet dishes and a large selection of cereal toppings, such as coconut or mango. The ambience is wonderful, we were able to have breakfast every morning with a view of the lake. The only thing we didn't really like was the restaurant for dinner, but we can ignore that. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Staff very friendly. Everything very clean and tidy! But unfortunately very noisy rooms. Unfortunately, sleeping in is not possible. You also have to walk a little further to the parking lot, which is stressful in summer.

Excellent 3 star hotel. Excellent location, on the lakefront and central. Excellent cleaning. Recently renovated rooms and bathrooms. Excellent breakfast. It's worth coming back.

Beautiful hotel we reserved a comfort family room for 3 persons lake view it is really comfortable with big balcony , the staff are friendly specially Martina and Jeco , the hotel is very clean , the beakfast was amazing it was good choice to stay in this hotel

The Hotel Du Lac is wonderful. Beautiful restaurant, lovely breakfast and very clean rooms. Martina could not be more welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect right at the Ferry stop. This is our second stay and we hope to stay again in the near future!

Cenamos aquí 4 de las 6 noches que estuvimos en Gardone alojándonos en el Grand Hotel vecino, lo que demuestra cuánto nos gustó este restaurante. Está situado justo en el agua con vistas espectaculares sobre el lago. El menú es relativamente corto, pero amplia opción para explorar durante varias cenas. La cocción se lleva a cabo, pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia es el servicio. Fabio, Simona y Daniella nos cuidaron tan bien que era muy difícil imaginar comer en cualquier otro lugar, ya que se sentía como cenar con viejos amigos para cuando tuvimos que volver a casa. Nos encantó especialmente el entrante de burrata y mortadela y el plato principal de pulpo. También destacaron los tagliolini de trufa y las vieiras de ternera. Gran carta de vinos a buenos precios y una fabulosa selección de grappas, hábilmente aconsejados y navegados por el maravilloso Fabio. Sin duda visitar este restaurante e ignorar las críticas que sugieren un mal servicio, ya que esto ha sido claramente abordado por los cambios en el personal de esta temporada que ahora son maravillosos en toda la pieza. Muy recomendable.
