My short conclusion: Look no further, book now! At the time of our visit, the hotel was a 3-star hotel. The standard offered is, in my opinion, worthy of a 4-star rating! The hotel is beautifully located on the Gardone promenade with a stunning view of Lake Garda, even at breakfast. The jetty for the Lake Garda boats is almost directly next door. Unlike other towns around Lake Garda, Gardone is pleasantly quiet, without the usual tourist hustle and bustle. Our hotel room was modern, as was the lobby. The breakfast offered was so extensive that, in my opinion, it could easily compete with a 4- or 5-star hotel! Yes, if you arrive by car, you cannot park directly in front of the hotel, as the hotel entrance is in a pedestrian zone. However, there are two parking spaces available for loading and unloading at the Grand Hotel, a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel entrance. The directions to free parking were explained to us right at check-in. The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. The small candy bar in the lobby made our stay even more enjoyable. In case you're wondering: There are no accessible rooms, and the maximum occupancy is three people in a triple room. We also loved the free beach club at the end of the promenade, about a 5-10 minute walk away, which is open daily. We'll be back!

A solid 5 out of 5. Room with a lake view highly recommended! Very clean room, service second to none. The location would be a 6, but unfortunately it can only be a 5 ;-). What's really special about this hotel is the breakfast; everything your heart desires is there. The restaurant, yes, is truly something special. I've rarely eaten so well. Everything is incredibly fresh. Here you can tell that the owners really live it up; they are simply hosts with heart and soul.

Fantastic experience, highly recommended for everyone! Even before our arrival, we received quick and friendly replies to our questions via email. The communication was smooth and professional, which gave us a great feeling right away. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. We were truly happy and grateful, we were given a larger room than we had booked, with a breathtaking view, truly a beautiful start to our vacation! The location was also perfect for us, not only was it easily accessible and ideal as a base to explore the surrounding area, but we especially loved that the boat was right in front of the hotel. It made it incredibly easy to visit all the beautiful spots in the area by boat. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the soap and lotion bottles were refilled as soon as they were nearly empty. The beds were so comfortable that we slept wonderfully. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The entire hotel radiates cleanliness and care. Everything is spotless and well maintained. The staff from the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping are all friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready to help. Their hospitality really adds to the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. In short, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything here is perfectly organized down to the smallest detail. When we go on vacation to Italy again, we will definitely come back here. A true recommendation for anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and worry free holiday!

Qué lugar fabuloso para cenar. Justo en el lago. Excelente comida y un servicio súper amable. Mi esposa es celíaca y ambos somos veganos, pero esto no presentó problemas. Regresaremos.

Un lago perfecto - ubicación frontal es solo el comienzo. Mi familia disfrutó de platos maravillosos, desde una delicada roulade de pez espada hasta un pulpo salado y entrada de patata. El strudel, tiramisú y cannoli también estaban fuera de este mundo. Nos alojamos en el hotel y cenamos aquí dos veces durante nuestra estancia porque nos encantó no solo la comida, sino el servicio cálido y atento. Muy recomendable!
