Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very quiet, we had a direct view of the lake, simply wonderful.

A wonderful experience at this hotel The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly (especially when I practiced my Italian with them!) Enjoyed the aperivo and dinner we had during our stay. And so convenient to have use of the beach club down the promenade. Good location to the lakefront and the ferries, as well as walking to the older section of town. Thank you for a great leg of our Italian vacation ♥️

Nice hotel but difficult to access by car

Very well-maintained hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent rooms and stunning lake views.

We had an overall very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location directly on the lake is simply magnificent and offers a beautiful backdrop. The staff were consistently very courteous and helpful. We felt welcome and well looked after from the very first minute, which made the stay very pleasant. A particular highlight was the breakfast, which was varied and left nothing to be desired. Starting the day was therefore always a pleasure. The only minor criticism concerns the room: Our room without a balcony was a bit dark, which slightly spoiled our stay in the room itself. We didn't spend much time in the room, so it wasn't a big deal. Conclusion: If you appreciate a fantastic location on the lake and excellent service, this is the place for you. We would come back, but would book a room with a balcony next time.

I am thrilled, the hotel, staff, rooms, everything is wonderful!

Beautiful, well-maintained hotel, centrally located – yet quiet – right on the waterfront promenade. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is absolutely plentiful – the rooms very clean. This was our second time there and certainly won't be the last.

Everything was perfect and the reception staff were kind, which is unusual these days.
