Best carbonara in Rome! The owner took the time to greet introduce himself and offered me complimentary saffron carbonara, which is a unique (and delightful) pairing I had never before experienced. Lovely restaurant, I highly recommend.

Our family had a great experience at In Roma. We sat outside, had a beautiful view of the church in a relaxed atmosphere. The service and food were amazing. The passion for the food and the enjoyment of the guests is evident. Delicious carbonara with pork cheek, and wonderful drinks and dessert. We will come back!!

A very warm welcome, very attentive servers, especially when we asked questions about the ingredients in the dishes; we felt their passion. The truffle ravioli and carbonara pasta were excellent! The desserts, tiramisus, and millefeuille were sublime. They often brought us little extras to taste, which were truly delightful. We highly recommend it.

My husband and I stumbled across this lovely restaurant away from the hustle and bustle. We ate the most amazing fried zucchini flowers and white truffle carbonara. The service was impeccable.

A VERY good place near the forum. The service is very good and they are always attentive to you. They have the best ravioli carbonara I have ever tried and fantastic pasta.

Five of us ate here. We heard about the restaurant as an insider tip. We called shortly before our visit, got a table, and then enjoyed a wonderful evening. Good food with friendly staff and a good wine selection.

07/07/2025: I have been coming here for almost 20 years and I have always had a good time. Tranquility, comfort, careful organization… There is also a restaurant where you eat really well…
05/07/2025: I came for lunch with my girlfriend, impeccable service especially the brunette waitress named Sofia, very friendly and smiling. We also thank all the rest of the staff, excellent and abundant dishes. We spent a day and an experience definitely to be repeated.

The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for a dinner with friends or family. The staff is friendly and attentive, and we immediately felt at ease. A grill restaurant that focuses on quality and hospitality.
