Located in the center of Pesariis, a beautiful village in Prato Carnico (province of Udine), is a small but very welcoming restaurant, tastefully furnished with original period walls and vaults. The owners' welcome is excellent from the start. The first sensation upon entering is that of being in a warm and inviting place. The furnishings and decor are meticulously crafted and have not been left to chance. The love and care with which this place was created is striking. The menu is anything but banal, and with each course the owner explains all the ingredients and the preparation method.
The palate delights with every bite... so much so that I only included the desserts in the photos because I was too busy enjoying the course 😅). If you go to visit Pesariis (I recommend it, it's a little gem), you can't miss lunch or dinner at this restaurant.

I recently had dinner with colleagues. The food was divine; every dish was fabulous! Especially the salted meat appetizer. The rustic setting creates the perfect atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

A small but very attractive restaurant inside, well-decorated, and with a lovely atmosphere. The menu isn't extensive but it's varied, with well-presented and well-described dishes, including some traditional local dishes. Looking at some photos from previous reviews, it's probably true that the portions have gotten smaller, but they're still adequate for a "normal" lunch.
The price is perhaps a bit high for the ingredients used, which are essentially "poor" even if elaborate. At around €60 per person (without dessert), it seems excessive.

A welcoming, warm place, with great attention to detail...even in the bathroom...and the food? Well, it was an experience with authentic, expertly paired flavors. A small restaurant with limited seating, open only on weekends, so reservations are recommended. The quality of the ingredients, the presentation of the dishes, and the original pairings that revisit traditional local and international recipes are remarkable and surprising. The service is competent and punctual, with detailed explanations of the dishes. Prices are in line with the overall high quality.

I can only compliment the cuisine and service, everything was perfect. The dishes were outside the usual Carnic cuisine standards offered by most restaurants in the area. Each dish represents research and quality, and the chef demonstrates great expertise in combining ingredients. The service was excellent, prompt and knowledgeable. The price was in line with the quality. If I could give it a rating beyond 5 stars, it would be a solid 10 out of 10.
