We found this by chance and we loved it, cuisine with excellent quality ingredients and combinations that are not often found around, the service is good and the grappas too

Excellent food, a little too refined.
It was seen when I paid. 2 First courses and 1 Starter €65, €3 cover charge seems excessive to me.

Questo luogo è stato un ritorno alle origini, facendo riaffiorare ricordi d’infanzia, quando si assaporava un toç in braide che era un tripudio di sapori, e tutto il paese profumava di polenta fatta con la farina del posto, così si sentiva la domenica proprio nel cuore…
Finalmente ho ritrovato i sapori veri e genuini della Carnia, preparati con passione e grandissima competenza, con attenzione ad ogni dettaglio, dall’origine degli ingredienti alla presentazione del piatto.
In un mondo dove tutto è sempre più omologato ed artificiale, Inn Pik è un’isola di genuinità.
Complimenti anche per il servizio: equilibrato tra accoglienza affettuosa e competenza anche su piatti senza glutine.
Pesariis è proprio la cornice perfetta di un posto così che peraltro si trova in una casa storica magistralmente restaurata, già abitata da Papa Gregorio XVI.
A return to the origins, bringing back memories of childhood, when we used to savour a “toç in braide” which was a riot of flavours, the whole valley smelled of polenta made with local flour, and that was the “real Sunday” right in the heart...
I finally found the true and genuine flavors of Carnia, prepared with passion and great skill, with attention to every detail, from the origin of the ingredients to the dish.
In a world where everything is increasingly standardized and artificial, Inn Pik is an island of authenticity.
Congratulations also for the truly balanced service between affectionate welcome and competence even on gluten-free dishes.
Pesariis is precisely the perfect setting for such a place which is also located in a masterfully restored historic house, already inhabited by Pope Gregory XVI.

Fantastic place, with very high quality proposals, excellent service and great attention to dogs (a very welcome biscuit is offered 😀). Very quiet and carefully looked after environment. Compliments to chef Alessia. We highly recommend it.
