Intimate and welcoming place, few seats, ideal for those who want to spend time together with a few close friends without finding themselves in the classic mess of a place in the center of a city. What can I say... I didn't remember the time of such a good burger having eaten it, excellent quality raw materials and homemade bread, I won't add anything else... to the good connoisseur... Fast service, courtesy and excellent value for money price...other than McDonald's!!!

On Saturday I spent a pleasant evening in this place where I felt warmly welcomed in the young and fresh context of the "Sala" of Pistoia. Clean environment, excellent food and excellent potatoes too which seemed to be home made. A good “Primitivo” accompanied my exaggerated “Montanaro” Burger!!!! I also recommend the very well done fried mushrooms.!!! Top quality/price ratio! I will be back to try the pizza and other burgers. Thanks guys!

Staff cordiale e gentile, prodotti di qualità e ottima digeribilità degli impasti! Siamo stati indirizzati da un amico al Bistrot Initaly, perché io e il mio compagno siamo amanti della pizza ad alta digeribilità con impasto idratato e a lievitazione naturale (qui sono 72h di lievitazione, uso di lievito madre e 92% di idratazione). Abbiamo assaggiato sia le pizze classiche che gourmet e concluso con un hamburger maxi (il cosiddetto “Mountain “) che ci farà tornare ad assaggiare le altre sue varianti (non solo hamburger di chianina ma anche pulled pork). Lo consiglio!
