11/02/2025: Magnificent location to say the least. It consists of an interior but also a very well-kept exterior. The restaurant is large and also suitable for large tables. The table arrangement keeps privacy intact and the meal enjoyable without having to hear neighboring tables talking. The staff is highly trained and friendly, meets every need and is always available. He works precisely, impeccably from every point of view. Speaking instead of food, there are far too many words that could describe it, but the ones that I find most correct are: research, quality and experience. In fact, the dishes cannot be found in any other restaurant in Italy. They present themselves well to the eye and are the result of truly incredible technical and raw material research. Meats that touch perfection, risottos that are addictive, very particular cured meats and cheeses that take your breath away. The owner's passion in the search for fine and rare meats is immediately evident when dream cuts of meat appear before you. Just as the work, dedication and knowledge of his wife, as well as chef, are clear when the dish arrives on the table. Don't underestimate the wines, recommended by the very friendly meter, which enhance every flavour, and pair meticulously with what you eat. What can I say to conclude? My experience was fantastic from start to finish. I highly recommend everyone to try this place and NOT listen to those who say you pay too much. No, you pay for the quality of what you eat, and for the raw materials which are of such a high level that cannot be found elsewhere. The price ranges are very wide and you can eat even for little if you want. I attach the photo of what I ate.
