A small place waiting for a well-deserved star. We chose the more comprehensive tasting menu, and we were truly satisfied, both for the unique pairings and the refined flavors. The service was courteous and prompt, and they were able to recommend the perfect wine based on our requests. It's located inside a hotel and isn't very visible from the outside.

The most beautiful culinary experience of my life: let's start by immediately complimenting the staff for their friendliness, hospitality and kindness but above all for the preparation that the waiters and owners have. The place is wonderful, small and very intimate. We chose the tasting menu "il bocciolo" which includes 7 courses, and we were amazed by the goodness of the dishes and the various combinations of ingredients, not to mention the creativity. You can see that there is a lot of work behind it. I wish the owners the best of luck so that this can happen.

Wow! A sophisticated culinary reality, cared for in every detail in our territory. I was there on a Friday for lunch, a place also cared for in the furnishings with a modern vintage style, Murano glasses and carafes that are works of art. The guys at Sala are young and welcoming, they pamper you throughout the culinary journey. I discovered dishes and ingredients that I would never have thought of tasting with quality materials from our territory. Super! I hope to return soon! It was a delightful journey to discover the Il Bocciolo menu, consisting of 7 courses "in the dark". Unique experience, with refined raw materials, traditional foods revisited by the creativity of Chef Francesco who manages to convey his personality through his dishes. A refined and intimate environment, impeccable service with Michele and Riccardo who do not miss anything. Explanation and history of the dishes always interesting and never banal. Well done Michele, who with his passion and kindness manages to create a relationship with the customer making the service less cold, which can sometimes happen in this type of place. It was an evening I won't forget. Thank you calmly!

What we tried a few nights ago is not a dinner, but a real culinary experience. We chose the most innovative menu and each course, well illustrated and excellently accompanied by wines, was a discovery of unexpected flavors and combinations. Heartfelt congratulations to the whole team!

We talk a lot about experiences but they are rarely lived. Certainly the perfect balance between a politely friendly welcome (how much is a smile worth), a refinedly pleasant environment without excess, dishes that make the taste buds and thoughts fly, told with abundance and passion. I couldn't use any more stars.

We went to Incalmo for dinner and left really satisfied. The place is elegant, with attention to the smallest details, with a welcoming and modern atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is trained, attentive and courteous, always present at the right time without ever appearing intrusive - something rare and always much appreciated. We chose to dine à la carte, preferring to explore the menu freely. We tasted all the first courses offered, each one different, balanced and well executed: from intense but never excessive flavours, to quality raw materials enhanced with great technique and respect. Next, we ordered the lamb, cooked to perfection, tender and tasty, with studied side dishes that completed the dish perfectly. The wine list is extensive and well thought out, with an honest selection of Italian and foreign labels, capable of satisfying both those looking for important bottles and those who simply want to accompany dinner with a good glass. Overall an excellent experience, a restaurant where the passion for cooking and attention to the customer are clearly perceived. Well done, keep it up! We will definitely be back.
