I'd say it's in a nice location in Olbia. It's a very nice restaurant, beautifully set out, with very, very friendly table service. Fantastic atmosphere and very welcoming customers. High-tech menu, well-curated with quality control. No noise, no smells from the kitchen. Very polite waiters. Honest rating: 10/10 Delicious desserts. I'll be back soon. Lunch with a friend to say hello before the Christmas holidays. It was an excellent choice. I live in Olbia but had never tried this restaurant, so it was a bit of a mystery. I was in charge of choosing a restaurant in town because my friends don't live here. We were really pleased with the excellent food, warm welcome, and super cozy atmosphere. Young, promising, and gifted with rare sensitivity, he and Maurizio created a gastronomic journey of the highest caliber. Each dish told a story, a perfect balance of technique, creativity, and taste. Clear flavors, refined pairings, and a presentation that spoke the language of art. All orchestrated with absolute precision, like a symphony where every detail finds its place. I chose a restaurant near the hotel. It was an excellent location, and even though I was alone because I was in Olbia for work, I felt right at home. The staff was knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly. Furthermore, the food was exquisite and a true delight. I chose traditional Sardinian dishes with a few innovative twists that pleasantly surprised me. The Nectar wine and white myrtle liqueur as a finale were truly outstanding. I highly recommend this place, whether you're dining alone or with friends. Everything was meticulously thought out down to the smallest detail. My compliments once again go to the chef, the owner, and the waiters.

I was warmly welcomed at the INAQUA Restaurant, right across from Olbia's new waterfront, CopaOlbia, which elegantly recalls the famous Copacabana sidewalk. The place is welcoming, thanks to the staff and owners who immediately make you feel at home. The food is delicious, with dishes that seem like little miracles. There's always something special on the weekends: entertainment, live music, DJs, and especially Sunday lunches, which become a true moment of companionship. It's a meeting place for friends and family, where the atmosphere is always pleasant and festive. I love it, and I recommend it to anyone looking for an experience that combines good food and conviviality.
