21/05/2025: What I appreciated most about the Vittoria hotel is the location, the courtesy of the staff and the cleanliness. Although the rooms are not modern, I do not agree with the negative opinions that have been expressed; obviously there is always room for improvement, but nobody is perfect

18/05/2025: I stayed one night with my niece. The hotel is in a great location and I really liked the old style of the building, as well as the room, which was neat and clean. However, I was disappointed by the breakfast: little choice, low quality and a cold welcome from the staff. We felt uncomfortable, almost out of place. Furthermore, the room lacked some comforts that you would expect from a 5-star hotel, such as a courtesy set (e.g. disposable toothbrush). Only slippers and towels. Beautiful building, but service not up to the category.
