Affacciato sui fossi livornesi, questo locale si distingue per il livello altissimo delle carni servite. Tutto quello che abbiamo assaggiato era di livello superiore, ma la fiorentina si scioglieva letteralmente in bocca, carne di qualità eccelsa cotta in maniera perfetta. Buona carta dei vini, servizio attento, cortese e cordiale, rapporto qualità prezzo corretto. Consigliatissimo.

Very friendly staff.
All the dishes are very good and plentiful.
Great that there are many gluten-free options. Just ask.
Simple and welcoming atmosphere.
On weekends it is busier, during the week it is more "intimate".
Right prices.

We decided to go and eat at their place because we were desperate after a disastrous lunch in another restaurant. We noticed the high score and wanted to be on the safe side.
Our expectations were far exceeded.
Well-kept and intimate environment.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Food for 10+, I absolutely recommend trying their carpaccio, I think it's their specialty.
Finally, the bill was absolutely proportionate to what we ordered.
We were very happy, and recommend it with our eyes closed.

Amazing place for meat lovers. At the entrance there is a butcher's counter and a cold room in which the meat is left to mature. The wine list has ample space for Chianti, perfect in combination with most dishes. Attentive service, everything excellent, prices absolutely in line with the quality of the raw materials.

Very characteristic place with exposed bricks! I was there on a Tuesday in March, it's best to book! Excellent meat! Perfectly matured Fiorentina! Crostini with meat sauce and the others taken as appetizers were also excellent! Delicious side dish artichokes! For 5 people, with a bottle of Rosso di Montalcino, water and desserts, €40 each, top quality/price ratio!
The only flaw: finding parking in this area! Arm yourself with patience, and take your time!

A truly characteristic and well-kept place.
The ravioli with braised sauce were really good and the raw ones were not bad.
The only negative note was the hamburger with meat which wasn't the best (perhaps it was an isolated case of that evening).

Decisamente un ristorante che farebbe inorridire un vegano... la carne, qui, regna sovrana (del resto il nome mi pare abbastanza chiarificatore) e per chi, come me, ne è appassionato, è un vero paradiso. Personale gentilissimo e rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente adeguato a quanto proposto. Ottima la selezione di vini e piacevole l'ambientazione.
Sarete accolti con un ottimo prosecco, che accompagna una bruschetta con un ragù di carne a dir poco eccezionale. La scelta della carne è molto varia e la cottura, a seconda del vostro gradimento, davvero perfetta. Ottime le bruschette miste e, per me che ne sono appassionato, ottimi gli scagliozzi di polenta fritta servita, anche in questo caso, con lo stesso ottimo ragù cui ho sopra accennato. IN poche parole, se vi piace la carne, questo è il posto per voi!
