A paradise for celiacs. The entire menu is available gluten-free. High-quality products! Beautiful place, and the staff are always smiling and helpful. The regular pizzas are also one of the best, as is the rest of the menu (I recommend the imperial potatoes).

Very good pizza, only shame is that everything is very expensive compared to other restaurants, and that it is very hot inside. Slow service for food we waited almost 1 hour.

Wonderful experience, spectacular pizza, excellent quality food, congratulations, beautiful place, beautifully decorated. It's perhaps the best and most beautiful pizzeria I've ever seen in all of Andria, congratulations.

"5 stars are too few! One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten: the dough is thin and remains crunchy even when the pizza cools. The ingredients are of the highest quality and you can perceive the attention paid to the preparation. The service is impeccable, they don't even give you time to ask for something they already bring it to your table. Congratulations, you are the best!"

Paradiso per i celiaci come mia moglie che lo è dalla nascita! Ambiente frizzante locale carino personale professionale, dagli antipasti ai fuori menù alla pizza e a tutti gli sfizi presenti! tutto molto buono! Ottime birre conto onesto! Ci torneremo presto

I have been to this place twice and I can really appreciate the food, all fresh and good with normal prices. The only flaw is that having the pizzeria visible, it creates a bad smell that comes out of the oven and consequently your clothes and jackets get dirty and the only way to eliminate it is to wash everything. For the rest everything is excellent

22/08/2025: From the fantastically simple entrée, to an excellent appetizer, to an excellent first course and concluding with a superb second course… all accompanied by a white Malvasia… I can say that our experience at this restaurant was beautiful and delicious! See you soon!
16/08/2025: We had lunch on August 15th at A Sud dell'Anima in Minervino Murge with our dog Bianca, who was welcomed without any problems. A well-kept and welcoming place, run by young people with great passion and kindness. Dishes combine tradition and creativity in a gourmet way, using excellent quality ingredients. Attentive yet discreet service. A truly pleasant experience, highly recommended! 👌✨

26/07/2025: We spent our grandmother's birthday at this beautiful restaurant. They welcomed us warmly, and we truly had a wonderful time. They helped make our day memorable. The food was delicious, we could have ordered seconds of everything! The chef was impeccable, and the waiter was helpful and professional. The place was clean and cool, perfect for a summer day. Thank you again for this wonderful experience.
09/05/2025: We came here on a recommendation from another restaurant owner in Montegrosso. It definitely lived up to the recommendation, of not surpassing it! Chef and owner Antonio was really friendly, and his staff were very patient with us. The food was amazing, and we loved both the meat, fish, and pasta dishes. The appetizers were also phenomenal. Their house wines were also very nice and went well with their dishes. We would love to pay them another visit in the near future.
