I'm Pasta In Livorno

Nice place in the big square. Restaurant found on Maps. I wanted to try the pasta tour, but I was alone. I had linguine shrimp and zucchini. Very good and al dente. Friendly staff. Great place, I had lunch outside. Highly recommended. Very good price.

Highly recommended place. Very good is an understatement. Very friendly staff. We took the pasta tour all gluten free, it is the best, abundant quantities, after the 4 first courses you leave stuffed.

The menu at 25 euros per person is excellent, allowing you to try several dishes. The cheesecake was excellent.

This pasta restaurant was an unforgettable culinary experience! We ordered several dishes Cacio e Pepe, Lemon & Clam Spaghetti, Butter & Sage Ravioli, and Saffron Risotto, and every bite was amazing. The Cacio e Pepe was creamy, peppery, and beautifully simple classic done right. The Lemon and Clam Spaghetti was fresh and delicate, with a perfect balance between citrus brightness and the savory flavor of the clams. The Butter & Sage Ravioli was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, with rich, natural flavors that really stood out. And the Saffron Risotto was smooth and fragrant, with just the right texture and depth. Everything tasted fresh, natural, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were lovely. Highly recommend for anyone who loves real Italian cooking!

Walking through Livorno, Piazza Grande, we came across Mia Pasta and Kiara. We loved the service, and the food was spectacular (hot and tasty), better than other renowned restaurants. We were able to enjoy everything at our leisure. They made us feel at ease.

I taught this wouldn't be good...the name and location I taught tourist trap..I was very wrong...the food was some of the best we ever had and surrounded by what seemed like locals.Highly recommend it,we visited at Easter and we still talk about it 3 months later.Serivce a little slow but worth the wait.

Clean and fast. Spaghetti crab was great. Wine was average. The atmosphere was spacious overlooking the square. No annoying street vendors or beggars. Prices are slightly higher than similar places on the back streets (I think) I recommend.

Me encantó que yo soy Pasta estaba abierto para el almuerzo! (Es difícil encontrar lugares abiertos antes de las 7 pm.) Nos sentamos afuera bajo sus paraguas. El ambiente era bastante agradable y cómodo. Tuvimos un malentendido en 2 platos que se pidieron y la camarera fue acusatorio en lugar de comprensión. Tratamos de no hacer una gran cosa ya que no valía la pena y no dejamos que eso arruinara nuestra comida. Ella finalmente nos cuidó y no nos cobró dos veces por la comida equivocada. (Estaba muy contento por esto, ya que me ofrecí y esperaba pagar por la comida equivocada también.) Tenía la carbonara y era mi versión menos favorita de la comida de las 3 que tuve mientras estuve en Italia. El resto de mi familia disfrutaba de sus comidas de pasta. En general, este es un lugar sólido para comer decentemente. Tienen una carta de vinos muy asequible y están en una buena ubicación. (Fue capaz de hacer algunas grandes personas mirando en la plaza al lado de nuestra mesa.)

Déjeuner du 01 janvier : on ne peut pas mieux commencer l année que dans ce restaurant. En escale croisière, au hasard de la visite de cette jolie ville avec un couple d amis savoyard , on trouve Im pasta. Quasi plein, on nous accepte malgré une résa à 14:00 mais à libérer la table pour cette heure. J adore ce type de restaurant, avec cuisine ouverte, on voit ce qui s'y passe , l intérieur est petit mais tout est propre, décoré avec goût. La carte est suffisante pour contenter tous les goûts et les assiettes que je vois passer m indiquent qu on se va régaler !!! ça se voit, ça se sent, !!!! Risotto à l encre. Gnocchi, pasta Volgone, spaghetti avocat crevettes, avec un bon vin italien, le tout fut sublime, avec en plus l' originalité de servir dans une casserole/plat direct cuisine. Accueilli par une jeune femme aussi ravissante que souriante, qui nous a suivi avec attention ,tout au long de notre repas . Quand la gentillesse et le charme sont là en plus... Le repas devient mémorable ( j'espère qu'elle s'en rappellera pour l'avoir gentiment taquiné sur sa compréhension du français).
