Don't be put off by the lack of Asian reviews. It's a truly memorable experience. I had the Puttanesca-style tuna tartare and the Calabrese pasta. The friendly waiters even taught me how to enjoy the pasta even more, and even brought me extra sauce. This is a place I'd love to visit again.

My boyfriend and I come here often. An elegant and refined restaurant, with a welcoming interior and a pleasant, well-maintained outdoor space. Friendly, polite, and competent staff, with an owner who is attentive to his guests' needs.
Excellent cuisine: excellent carbonara with crispy bacon and perfect cream, tender and juicy fillet steak, delicious desserts, especially the brownie with diplomat cream and caramel.
Extensive wine selection. Always a guarantee.

The cured meats were good, the pinsa was nothing special, and the service was completely average. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the location was nice, even if it was a bit dark.

This place has long been known for a drink, but since we're only passing through Rome, we hadn't yet tried their cuisine. We went twice in one week because we were very satisfied with all the dishes we tried (garlic and oil with raw shrimp, pork cheek, beef tartare, platter...), and the wines by the glass are truly well-chosen. To split hairs, we'd prefer the carbonara with a stronger emphasis on eggs, especially since the eggs used are so good (the egg sauce on the tartare is reminiscent of grandma's homemade mayonnaise, straight out of Proust's madeleines...).

The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The beef tartare was very good, but I found the use of cocoa in the tiramisu excessive. Overall, I'd happily return.

I had dinner here and had a great time. The dishes were truly delicious, with unique and thoughtful pairings, yet reasonably priced. I also really appreciated the wide selection of wines. It's a place I always love to return to, even for aperitivo!
