I've been here several times for lunch and there hasn't been a day that I've found anything wrong, from the quality of the food to the service... Coffee has always been a habit for me, but since I tried it here (I'm not exaggerating) I've discovered the pleasure of drinking it... Absolutely worth trying!

Currently (December 2025), it's the only coffee shop in Pavia offering specialty coffee. For that alone, it deserves praise. The people are passionate and knowledgeable, and they offer high-quality coffee. The service is kind and attentive, always very friendly. The best coffee in Pavia. I'll definitely be back.

I'm a coffee enthusiast, especially specialty coffee. Il Voltino is definitely the place to explore and delve into this world without limits. I could have spent hours listening to Francesco because his explanations convey the passion and dedication he puts into his work. Prices are reasonable, in line with the various coffee lovers we encounter around Italy. €20 for two filter coffees, two espressos, and two filled brioches (with their own jams). Highly recommended if you're in Pavia. Please note that reservations are not possible; Francesco will try to find you a place as quickly as possible.

I came for breakfast and regret not coming sooner. Finally, a place that doesn't just have cakes and croissants for breakfast. I ordered bread, butter, and jam, but the very kind barista listed a wide selection of alternative breakfast options (including a good, yet not banal, savory selection). The bread was fresh from the bakery, not from a loaf pan, and was truly delicious, as was the cappuccino. The atmosphere was very peaceful, and the staff were extremely friendly and kind. The barista's smile and skill gave me a great start to the day. Small gestures that warm the heart. Well done, keep it up!

This place is always top-notch, for the wonderful breakfasts and lunches too. The menu is very varied and full of delicious treats, not to mention the coffee selection ☕️ and the customer service, truly superb!
