I compliment the owner of the place (voltino) for his theoretical and practical preparation relating to coffee, the lunch break is also excellent with menus with a wide choice that end with specialty coffees of above average quality, courteous and kind staff.

I promised myself I'd write this review, I never have time but once we've all gone to bed we get on the phone for something nice. Today I came across something unexpected, I tasted a truly special coffee beyond the exponential cost of €25, it was a beautiful experience obviously led by an extremely competent person, Francesco the owner. And last but not least, I allow myself to give 5 stars to the cuisine for the commitment and love that shines through in every dish. I thank you for having found by chance an extremely surprising place, certainly to be recommended, and listen to that guy, he is a wealth of knowledge about the world of coffee Thanks for everything, see you on Tuesday

I am a coffee enthusiast and specifically Specialty Coffee. Il Voltino is definitely the café where you can experiment and delve into this world without limits. I could have spent hours listening to Francesco because in his explanations he conveys the passion and desire he puts into his work. Normal prices in line with the various coffee lovers we try around Italy. €20 for two filtered coffees, 2 espressos and 2 stuffed croissants (jams of their own production.). If you pass through Pavia highly recommended.

A place like this was missing in Pavia ❤️ excellent breakfasts and excellent coffee and cafeteria in general. The people who work here are kind and super passionate about their product. The environment is spacious and relaxing, I would even come just to read here! By the way, there is a small selection of books made available for those who want to read something on the fly while taking an hour to relax with a good cup ❤️

The only place in Pavia where I found real coffee, both in terms of choice (depending on the period they always have a variety of origins to choose from and they are always available to tell you about the differences) and in terms of quality. From flavor to service they are all excellent. Even for eating, they don't have the variety of a pastry shop, but they have excellent tarts, and the savory breakfasts are also very tasty. I recommend their V60 for pour over lovers. Pet friendly place, with lactose-free offers.
