A very good restaurant in the very center of Cremona. For dinner, shrimp tartare, beef tartare and octopus were served. All dishes were very good and the combinations of ingredients were interesting. It's not a cheap restaurant, but it's worth it.

In this restaurant they offer a beautiful combination of the solid Cremonese gastronomic tradition and contemporary creativity, in which contrasting flavors are harmonized with a certain mastery. Like the fattiness of eel with the acidity of fermented vegetables or the sweetness of pear with the flavor of sardines in saor in a Franciacorta risotto. The linguine with fish sauce and prawn tartare are also delicious; the aubergine with tomato and burrata and basil cream reminiscent of Neapolitan parmigiana is very delicate. The bottle of wine is also excellent, always a Franciacorta.
In the dining room the service was very courteous, although with some small inattention.
The bill reflects well the quality of the experience offered.
We are in the Baptistery square of Cremona, a truly particular historical and monumental context, which certainly gives added value to the stop in this restaurant.

the place is very beautiful and tastefully furnished, the staff is kind and attentive, we ate divinely and I find it to be absolutely a stop to recommend, among other things the prices are more than honest considering the quality and workmanship behind each dish.

Definitely expensive, gourmet restaurant, you pay 5 euros for a cover charge, we had 2 first courses and 1 starter, 1 dessert, 2 glasses total 100 euros. Good service and not generous portions typical of high-end restaurants.

we ended up in Cremona on Sunday 9 June 2024, reading the reviews we were intrigued by the menu, we called about twenty minutes before our arrival, they told us that they had tables available...
Upon our arrival we were greeted in a very courteous manner, both by the owner and the dining room staff...
Our menu consisted of a starter with egg pouch with asparagus tips, while for the first course we opted for two different things: risotto with a carbonara variation with chopped culatello and the other an aubergine parmigiana ravioli...
We treated ourselves to a mix of desserts...
Everything taken care of down to the smallest detail...
Highly recommended, I will be back...

If you love to be surprised, this is your place. Every single of the four plates we ordered as a surprise, as nothing was as expected. You may like the surprise or you may dislike it, but it is for sure interesting. At least the bill was not really a surprise.

We chose the 6-course "Let us do it" menu: a great choice, original dishes, with interesting combinations, truly excellent. Friendly and attentive staff, it was a pleasant experience that will definitely be repeated.
