Amazing to say the least. Cremini and fried porcini mushrooms for starters, excellent. Ravioli incaciati, superlatives. Stuffed pepper, incredible. All accompanied by a perfect Rosso Piceno 2020 from Davore, To finish, a special barrique brandy with typical biscuits paired with it. Thanks and congratulations!

We had dinner in this beautiful place in the center of Ascoli Piceno run by a couple, the lady in the kitchen while her husband took care of the wines. Excellent quality food, the first courses were sensational as were the starter and the lamb ribs. A special mention for the dessert, a savory shortcrust tart that the owner prepares every day, well balanced in its ingredients and very tasty. Absolutely honest price. I highly recommend it.

Practically excellent cuisine in the centre. It deserves much more than the nickname of tavern. All excellent, perhaps prices a little above average but, considering the location, it is completely justified.

Good selection of starters including olives, grilled cheese and cutting boards, but the real protagonists are the second courses, with a beef stew and sublime kebabs! Attentive and friendly service, as a real Osteria requires! Price more than fair.

Che bellissima esperienza: mangiare in un ristorante può infatti diventare anche un'esperienza oltre che un momento necessario e piacevole. Trovato un po' per caso passeggiando nella bella Ascoli Piceno: guardiamo le recensioni e decidiamo di provare. Veniamo accolti dal sig. Piero con atteggiamento professionale, educato e caloroso. L'ambiente del locale è altrettanto caloroso e colorato e i tavoli garantiscono una buona intimità tra di loro. Ci accomodiamo ma sono distratto dalle varie massime che celebrano il vino appese al muro oltre che dalle simpatiche bottiglie (vuote, scenografiche) esposte. Il menù è vario e a prezzi più che giusti e lo posso a maggior ragione confermare dopo aver mangiato cibo di qualità ottimamente servito e in porzioni soddisfacenti. In due: coperto 2,5€/persona, olive ascolane (n.9) 8€, tagliere misto (ce lo siamo goduti in due dividendo esattamente tutto) 13€, porcini impanati 7€, ravioli incaciati 16,5€, casareccie 15€, mezzo di rosso locale 6€, acqua naturale 2€, dolce 5€/porzione, caffè 2€, liquore 3€. Il sig. Piero e la moglie -chef- trasudano passione e competenza oltre che umanità e gentilezza: ho fatto presente che portavo via il tappo di plastica della bottiglia per aiutare le persone disabili (per le sedie a rotelle) e in men che non si dica me ne hanno dati molti altri. Veramente altissimo livello sotto ogni punto di vista.

What a wonderful experience: eating in a restaurant can in fact also become an experience as well as a necessary and pleasant moment. Found it a bit by chance while walking in beautiful Ascoli Piceno: we look at the reviews and decide to try it. We are welcomed by Mr. Piero with a professional, polite and warm attitude. The environment of the restaurant is equally warm and colorful and the tables guarantee good intimacy between them. We sit down but I am distracted by the various maxims celebrating wine hanging on the wall as well as by the nice (empty, spectacular) bottles on display. The menu is varied and at more than fair prices and I can even confirm this after having eaten quality food, excellently served and in satisfying portions. For two: cover charge €2.5/person, Ascoli olives (n.9) €8, mixed platter (we enjoyed it between two, dividing everything exactly) €13, breaded porcini mushrooms €7, incaciati ravioli €16.5, casareccie €15, half a local red €6, still water €2, dessert €5/portion, coffee €2, liqueur €3. Mr. Piero and his wife - chef - exude passion and competence as well as humanity and kindness: I pointed out that I was taking away the plastic bottle cap to help disabled people (for wheelchairs) and in no time at all they gave me many more. Truly very high level from every point of view.

To say everything was excellent is an understatement... Chapeau. Congratulations... Don't rely on the moa review... You have to test it.

Bella trattoria a pochi passi da piazza del popolo, caratteristico ed accogliente. Cena rapida con olive all'ascolana appena fritte, buone e uno stracotto di manzo al vino, tenerissimo e gustoso, Con due bicchieri di Piceno Superiore è andata alla grande. Proprietario gentile e servizio in sala da "trattoria" Speso 45 euro, credo che un 10% in meno possa essere più centrato. Ma ci ritorno di sicuro
