Good selection of starters including olives, grilled cheese and cutting boards, but the real protagonists are the second courses, with a beef stew and sublime kebabs! Attentive and friendly service, as a real Osteria requires! Price more than fair.

Practically excellent cuisine in the centre. It deserves much more than the nickname of tavern. All excellent, perhaps prices a little above average but, considering the location, it is completely justified.

What a wonderful experience: eating in a restaurant can in fact also become an experience as well as a necessary and pleasant moment. Found it a bit by chance while walking in beautiful Ascoli Piceno: we look at the reviews and decide to try it. We are welcomed by Mr. Piero with a professional, polite and warm attitude. The environment of the restaurant is equally warm and colorful and the tables guarantee good intimacy between them. We sit down but I am distracted by the various maxims celebrating wine hanging on the wall as well as by the nice (empty, spectacular) bottles on display. The menu is varied and at more than fair prices and I can even confirm this after having eaten quality food, excellently served and in satisfying portions. For two: cover charge €2.5/person, Ascoli olives (n.9) €8, mixed platter (we enjoyed it between two, dividing everything exactly) €13, breaded porcini mushrooms €7, incaciati ravioli €16.5, casareccie €15, half a local red €6, still water €2, dessert €5/portion, coffee €2, liqueur €3. Mr. Piero and his wife - chef - exude passion and competence as well as humanity and kindness: I pointed out that I was taking away the plastic bottle cap to help disabled people (for wheelchairs) and in no time at all they gave me many more. Truly very high level from every point of view.

To say everything was excellent is an understatement... Chapeau. Congratulations... Don't rely on the moa review... You have to test it.

We were passing through Ascoli and they recommended this place to us, a genuine product prepared with love by the lady chef, wife of the waiter Piero, a fantastic and helpful person. The truly excellent traditional dishes, first course, second course and dessert. I would definitely go back

Friendly staff in a welcoming place that offers revisited and genuine local cuisine. Particular praise for the ravioli incaciati, cremini and artisanal Ascoli olives and the savory grape and walnut tart.

Inspired by the excellent reviews, the three of us had dinner in this tavern in the heart of Ascoli and we were enthusiastic... we tasted various specialities, cheese and ova pallotte, cremini, grilled sheep's cheese, incaciati ravioli, three-meat homemade dishes, but the real surprises were two dishes of the day, not on the menu, the royal veal with caramelized onions and a soup of chickpeas, prawns and corn on the cob... what can I say, a real delight! All the staff were very friendly and the prices were absolutely in line with the quality. Highly recommended, better to book!

Locale tipico, cucina tipica, accoglienza e passione super. La coppia di proprietari da decisamente un grande valore aggiunto: competenti e appassionati. La cucina è molto buona e va alla scoperta di piatti della tradizione. I fritti da rivedere a causa di un eccesso di pastella, gli arrosticini semplicemente fantastici come la pasta ripiena. Rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente azzeccato

Arrivati ad Ascoli a tarda sera, siamo capitati in questa osteria per caso, solo perché vicina al nostro appartamento. E benedetto sia il caso! L'amore per la cucina locale traspare già dal servizio e si conferma alla prova dei... piatti. Raramente uso superlativi, ma qui sono doverosi: tutto eccezionale!
