Locale tipico, cucina tipica, accoglienza e passione super. La coppia di proprietari da decisamente un grande valore aggiunto: competenti e appassionati. La cucina è molto buona e va alla scoperta di piatti della tradizione. I fritti da rivedere a causa di un eccesso di pastella, gli arrosticini semplicemente fantastici come la pasta ripiena. Rapporto qualità/prezzo veramente azzeccato

We spent a pleasant evening with the family, the owners were very approachable, but the beauty comes from the dishes offered: Not elaborate in the presentation but full of experience in the preparation. Thanks again for a wonderful evening. We will definitely come back to visit you on our next holidays.

Arrivati ad Ascoli a tarda sera, siamo capitati in questa osteria per caso, solo perché vicina al nostro appartamento. E benedetto sia il caso! L'amore per la cucina locale traspare già dal servizio e si conferma alla prova dei... piatti. Raramente uso superlativi, ma qui sono doverosi: tutto eccezionale!

Pretty decent place in a side street. Large selection of wine. Seasonal and short card. The food was served warm and very good, but the service was a bit chaotic because we felt like we were sometimes forgotten.

Advised! Friendly place that offers excellent typical dishes, all homemade and also with a good wine selection (house wine included).

Based on the reviews we went to this tavern and never was a more successful choice! Friendly and professional welcome, excellent food, artfully made with passion and skill. It's just a shame that we were passing through, because we would have liked to try dishes and more dishes... (too many remained in our mind with regret for not having tried them) Highly recommended!

28/10/2024: good choice of beers, good sandwiches.
03/10/2024: As we are dutch and used to eat very early, compared to the italian people, we went to this bar, where you can eat as well, to early so it was still quiet inside. Nevertheless we were welcomed by the very friendly bartender. Music was switched on and although we do not speak italian, with help of google translated and the patience of the bartender (who speaks a little bit English), we managed to order our diner. It was served quickly and it tasted very good. You can feel a nice atmosphere in the bar. Although it is not likely I visit this region in the future, I definitive will have my non standard italian diner at this place again.
