Ogni volta che visito questo posto, mi sento come a casa. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto a consigliare il vino perfetto per accompagnare i piatti tipici toscani. La selezione di salumi e formaggi è ottima, e il pane è senza sale come da tradizione. L'atmosfera è vivace e accogliente, perfetta per una serata con amici o una cena romantica. Non posso che raccomandare vivamente il Vinaio di Furio a chiunque voglia passare una piacevolissima serata.

Every time I visit this place, I feel like home. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to recommend the perfect wine to accompany typical Tuscan dishes. The selection of cured meats and cheeses is excellent, and the bread is without salt as per tradition. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, perfect for an evening with friends or a romantic dinner. I can only highly recommend Il Vinaio di Furio to anyone who wants to spend a very pleasant evening.

Small but welcoming place, with a pleasant atmosphere with an authentic Tuscan feel. The mixed cutting board is of good quality, even if the quantity does not entirely justify the price of €20. The selection of wines is interesting, but the lack of availability, especially on a Saturday evening at 9.30pm, penalized the experience. Overall, a good evening, although with some details to improve.

11/05/2025: I'm writing this review not so much to evaluate the quality of the food, which is always excellent in all the outlets I've tried, but to applaud the two guys who were on duty today 11/05/2025 for lunch. Even though there was a huge amount of customers (being Sunday) they managed to manage all the orders quickly and very well. Precisely for this reason, I would like to address a note to the managers of the store (or chain): in such situations, it would be advisable to provide more staff, especially during peak hours. I'm not saying this so much for the comfort of customers, who were well served today, but to protect the well-being of employees, who in such stressful conditions risk not being able to work to the best of their abilities.
10/05/2025: Without a doubt this is the best piadineria. They are well filled and quality products. The staff are really friendly and always ready to welcome you with a smile, which is why it's always a pleasure to come back to eat here
