Found by chance on a warm September evening. Delicious filled schiacciata, the owner is kind and helpful. Excellent value for money. Located in the heart of the tourist area, where you can experience the Florentine traditions of yesteryear. Highly recommended!

The best schiacciata in Florence, better than the Antico Vinaio, the pistachio mortadella and burrata combo was incredible, even the vegetarian option was excellent, if I return to Florence I will definitely stop here.

The service is very good, only friendly people work there, food and drinks look good and taste pretty good. The place looks good, it's nice and quiet. Only "critique" would be that some of the portions are not the biggest but it was still enough. Also pretty good vegan / vegetarian options.
