This was our first meal in Florence and we really enjoyed it. We had a pizza and lasagna. The portions are quite small. Outdoor dining was basic with random mismatched furniture 😃

I recently dined at Carro Matto in Florence, and it was an amazing experience. The salad and sandwiches were fresh and delicious, and the Aperol spritzes were perfect. The service was absolutely stunning – attentive, friendly, and professional. It’s easily one of the best restaurants in Florence. I highly recommend Carro Matto for anyone looking for a delightful meal and exceptional service.

My new favorite place in Florence🥂 Besides having an incredible atmosphere, all the food I ordered was great, they also have a long cocktail menu, all chosen with exquisite taste, craft beers and it is also fair to say that the service is excellent. My friend and I visited Florence; Carro Matteo was our highlight. Cristian and Asya were amazing! We ended up going here most evenings. They made us feel very welcome, taught us about the area, and provided excellent service. The best Aperol Spritz I've had in Italy, with it's own specialist cocktail menu. The food was exceptional, authentic, and good value. Highly recommend.

When I took the photo we had already started eating. We went in to have a snack and in the end we stayed to eat. The waiter explained to us that they had taken over this place only 10 days ago. The service was perfect and the food was very good and just the right amount. Very reasonable price for the area it is in. Highly recommended!

Super friendly staff! There are old reviews of a previous restaurant here on Google, but they have been taken over by a new owner and have only been open a few weeks. Delicious cocktails too!
