If you want to eat well, you have to go to Villino! Highly recommended!

Fabulous dinner with friends, very good food, excellent service, generous portions. We dined on the terrace overlooking the sea, fantastic. Very convenient parking.

A historic restaurant in Santa Cesarea Terme, a local icon. But nothing special or that really wowed us. The location is breathtaking, with a sea view, but it's now a bit dated. The menu and dishes are standard in variety and flavor, neither great nor bad. The food is good, but it doesn't leave you with that sense of specialness or excellence. The staff is highly trained, extremely kind, and professional. The portions are generous, and the prices are average for this part of the coast, though a bit high for what you get.

I arrived at Il Villino almost by chance, looking for a swim and somewhat disoriented while trying to find the hot springs. What began as an impromptu stop ended up being one of the most memorable gastronomic experiences of my trip. The restaurant's atmosphere is charming, with a spacious terrace and a spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea, a deep blue that simply cannot be described in words. The breeze, the landscape, and the calm of the place create an almost magical atmosphere. As soon as I sat down, they served me a basket of bread that deserves a special mention: crispy, fresh, simply delicious. I ordered a clam chowder that was, without exaggeration, unforgettable: flavorful, balanced, and with just the right touch of the sea. I then opted for a change of pace and ordered a filet al pepe verde, looking for a break from the seafood, and it was a perfect decision. Juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. I washed it all down with a glass of white wine recommended by the waiter, a perfect choice for the food and the setting. The service was impeccable, warm, and friendly, making me feel truly welcome. In short: I wandered in by chance and left delighted. If you're in Santa Cesarea Terme, don't miss eating here, whether for the view, the food, or the warmth of the staff. An unexpected gem by the sea.

I ate here with family on a recent holiday having visited 15 years prior. The view from the balcony is stunning. We had a variety of risotto and pasta dishes with seafood. Very tasty. Service could be a little more attentive.

A mirage, an enchanting little place. A must-see.
