The first evening we tried the starter of cured meats and first courses: Gricia, Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe and Amatriciana. Super abundant and delicious dishes. The second evening the second courses: typical crostini, Saltimbocca alla Romana, sliced ​​and at the time they prepared a soup for us even if it was off the menu. The owners are very kind, friendly and approachable, so much so that you can close with them. Definitely coming back, maybe on a Thursday with the pasta round!!
