We also don't understand some of the negative reviews; everything was perfect for us. The service was very attentive, and the pasta dishes were delicious, freshly made, and, above all, unbeatably affordable. We definitely recommend it.

I visited this restaurant with my boyfriend, and I must say it was a truly enjoyable experience. We started with a Sicilian appetizer that included an excellently prepared caponata: authentic, well-balanced flavors with that sweet and sour note that makes it irresistible, and a truly delicious spatula. We then tried the "Bavetta Mare Nostrum," with octopus that surprised us with its perfect cooking—tender, flavorful, and enhanced by a balanced seasoning. The squid, incredibly fresh, also confirmed the quality of the ingredients. A restaurant that combines tradition and attention to detail: definitely a place to return to enjoy these specialties again.

Small restaurant in a dead-end street. Food: nothing exceptional. It's not bad, but the feeling that I'm going into the kitchen to make my own meal would be the same. Basic, even banal. Service: The dishes don't all arrive at the same time for everyone at the table... it's a little disturbing, knowing that the wait is quite long for everyone to be served. We order appetizers... the same goes for the Spritz, which arrives once everyone else has finished their drinks. In short, there are worse, but there are better options on the same street.

I’m suprised by these bad reviews!! We sat here just passing by and the food was 10/10. Definitely recommend the mussel linguine with artichokes!!

25/09/2025: Dining in Sicily is always an adventure. This location had seating outside in a alley/courtyard. The atmosphere was interesting with lights hanging above and music playing. When we asked for a menu we were told there isn't one. Ok? The server told us they will prepare a fixed price menu for 40 euros of a starter along with a main and second dish of fish and pasta. This was not what we wanted but chose to stay for something a little less and paid 30 euros per person. While the food was fine it was not anything special. I was not a fan of this type of tactic and felt we did not receive a great value. The staff was friendly and attentive. I don't feel I would go there again.
01/09/2025: We had dinner a few weeks ago while on vacation in Sciacca. Delicious dishes with fresh fish. A charming location steeped in Sicilian tradition. Efficient and friendly staff. Recommended!
