It was a great place. We just came up to it and we were made welcome. Ollie looked after us beautifully. The food was excellent, the wine list was great, knowledgeable staff gave us good advice.

Food was tasty, modern, and elevated. Service by Oli (not sure of the spelling) was fantastic, she was cheery and attentive which made our experience better. The atmosphere was cosy and not pretentious at all. Recommend having a solid humble yet refined meal here if you’re looking for something a little more contemporary and evolved than the typical traditional florentine meals here in Florence.

Best restaraunt in Italy. Service was exceptional and food was Michelin-star-worthy. They even provided a complimentary tasting dish, which blended so many exquisite flavors. Favorite meal of the night was the signature steak Florentino, which was 40 day dry aged and sourced from a local farm.

Best dinner in Florence! The service was excellent from start to finish, and every dish we tried was delicious. The Florentine steak was perfectly cooked, and the fregola with seafood was outstanding. Even the amuse-bouche was a wonderful surprise. The only minor note is that some dishes were a bit on the salty side (scrambled egg and fregola), but it didn’t take away from an otherwise fantastic experience.

This was one of the best dinners in Florence. The steak was phenomenal and huge portion that is meant to be shared with someone. We also got a cured meat platter that was enough for two people. The staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend getting a reservation and definitively will be coming back if coming back to Florence.

A real surprise in the heart of Florence. Excellent food, original dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail, showcasing the passion of both the kitchen and the dining room staff. We stumbled upon this place somewhat by chance this evening, and it was a wonderful discovery. The food was divine: every dish reflects great research and development, with thoughtful and never boring pairings.
The meat is truly top-notch, excellent quality and prepared with great respect for the ingredients.
A welcoming place, a pleasant atmosphere, and truly memorable cuisine.
I don't usually leave reviews, but this time it's fully deserved. We'll definitely be back.
