Delicious pizza, I recommend it. Friendly service, we didn't wait long. The place is small, atmospheric, and there's no room inside, but you can eat at tables outside; some people sat on the wall by the square.

Excellent focaccias and pizzas, they saved our night after a long trip. Everything was delicious, we'll be back tomorrow.

The best pizza in Bari! Although it doesn't have all the glamorous atmosphere of a restaurant, eating a delicious Capricciosa on the wall surrounding the nearby square is one of my fondest memories from the trip (there are also tables available outside the pizzeria). The very friendly service and authentic Italian atmosphere of this place make it, in my opinion, a cut above the typical restaurants. Best regards, and I heartily recommend Il Veliero to everyone.

We return here every time we visit Bari. It's authentic, lively, and, above all, they have delicious pizza! Plus, a small perroni for €1.20, what more could you want? 😉

I could have given 5 stars. PERFECT FOOD, the old man at the cash register was kind and friendly (as he should be), BUT the guy at the counter was incredibly rude and obnoxious and could be described as rude. Kiss, kiss, the Japanese and the Chixy❤️ (the little heart is for the old man)

Very good pizza (ideally one per person) plus a large Peroni. Quick and cheap.
