It is such a nice place to have some good vegan food. I like the concept: you choose what you want, write it down, go to pay, and than they bring you alle the stuff (highly recommend taking a salad: even the small one is really big, and you can choose between a lot of options to fill it). It was the second time there and i would go there every time again, when i visit florence. You also have to taste one of the amazing cakes.

Semplicemente fantastico! Location favolosa, personale gentilissimo, porzioni super abbondanti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Un vero ristorante vegetariano senza nessuna contaminazioni moderne con le quali si cerca di riprodurre in versione vegetariana ciò che vegetariano non è. Veramente complimenti!

A Firenze per lavoro, cerco un posto vicino all’albergo: mi capita Il Vegetariano, sono intrigato e prenoto. L’esperienza è stata eccellente, porzioni abbondanti, dolci spaziali e prezzi assolutamente ragionevoli. È diventato immediatamente un must per tutti i miei futuri stop a Firenze. Consigliatissimo!

08/08/2025: Under new management, a young and highly skilled pizza chef, excellent pizzas, perfectly crispy, top-quality ingredients, and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Takeout is available, just minutes from Piazzale Michelangelo, where you can enjoy delicious pizza as the sun sets with a beautiful view. Highly recommended. We've been back several times and tried the various pizzas...all fabulous...the best thing is the tomato sauce, truly worthy of praise. Bravo, Dario, you continue to amaze us with the unique flavors you offer every time we come. It's become a regular stop!
