Siamo stati qui a cena il 14-08-24 dopo aver prenotato telefonicamente. Giuseppe e Maria (non sono i genitori di Cristo) sono persone molto semplici e affabili e ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia. Ci hanno consigliato il loro antipasto composto da tante cose sfiziose e semplici e dopo abbiamo preso un primo a testa, gnocchetti con le cozze, che purtroppo sono risultati troppo brodosi per i nostri gusti. Mia moglie aveva detto che il primo non lo voleva poi quando è arrivato il mio lei ci ha ripensato e lo ha chiesto e in 2 minuti di orologio è arrivato anche per lei. In 2 minuti non si può cuocere un primo e questo ci ha confermato che quel brodo nel piatto in cui galleggiavano gli gnocchetti non era altro che pasta precotta e buttato il sugo delle cozze sopra. Nulla vieta di precuocere il cibo ma almeno siate furbi da tirarlo 5 minuti nella padella così s’insaporisce, si riscalda di più, ma soprattutto si asciuga. Con una Peroni e un’acqua abbiamo speso 40 euro in totale e tanto vale il tutto. Volevamo dire a Pino e Maria che , LA NOSTRA NON E' UNA CRITICA ma siete delle persone eccezionali, fate un antipasto molto gustoso che sicuramente piace a tutti, perché perdervi nella cosa più stupida al mondo?????? Non capisco questo tipo di cucina a riscaldare a cosa vi serve se nel locale, a quell’ora presto, c’eravamo solo noi? So anche bene che dopo sono arrivate più di 20 persone ma nel frattempo avevamo già finito. Pensateci e cambiate subito oppure, se voi dite che avete cotto tutto al momento, perché i gnocchetti galleggiavano nel brodo(no sugo) ed erano freddi dentro??? Guardate poi tutti le foto dei primi anche di altri, la pasta è sempre bianca. Poi vi chiediamo: se in 2 minuti riuscite a fare un primo e dite che non c’è nulla di precotto allora siete SUPERMAN e SUPERGIRL????

HOMEMADE BUT....... We went here for dinner on 14-08-24 after booking by telephone. Joseph and Mary (they are not Christ's parents) are very simple and affable people and made us feel like family. They recommended their appetizer made up of many delicious and simple things and then we had a first course each, gnocchi with mussels, which unfortunately turned out to be too soupy for our tastes. My wife said she didn't want the first one then when mine arrived she thought better of it and asked for it and within 2 minutes it arrived for her too. You cannot cook a first course in 2 minutes and this confirmed to us that the broth in the dish in which the gnocchi were floating was nothing more than pre-cooked pasta and the mussel sauce thrown on top. Nothing prevents you from pre-cooking the food but at least be smart and leave it in the pan for 5 minutes so it gains flavour, heats up more, but above all it dries out. With a Peroni and a water we spent 40 euros in total and it was all worth it. Pino and Maria, ours is not a criticism but you are exceptional people, you make a very tasty appetizer that everyone will surely like, why get lost in the stupidest thing in the world?????? I don't understand this type of heating, what use is it to you if there were only us in the restaurant at that early hour? I also know full well that more than 20 people arrived afterwards but in the meantime we had already finished. Think about it and change immediately or, if you say that you cooked everything at the moment, why were the dumplings floating in the broth (no sauce) and were cold inside??? Traditional cuisine, family-run restaurant: Mrs. Maria, an excellent cook, extremely available and ready to please customers even with impromptu and last-minute requests; the service in the room enlivened by the courtesy and cheerfulness of the other owner. The buffet starters based on vegetables or other typical local products are very appreciable, the bread is excellent, everything is delicious. Highly recommended!!!
