Restaurant is nice and big. Lots of seating available. Fast a friendly service. Food was very good and good price. Gift shop had lots of items and good prices.

We just had drinks here, served quickly. Priced as expected considering the location. Toilets could do with updating or at least repairing. Food we saw looked great and the outdoor seating is amazing. So peaceful considering the manic tourist filled area outside.

The service in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful, the location was great, the atmosphere was idyllic, and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended!

I am only reviewing the restaurant. I had a pleasant and professional experience here. I understand that a restaurant right outside the tower of Pisa is a tourist trap but the place surprises so positively. Nice staff. Good service and just as good food as you can expect for 10-20€. I chose fish and thought it tasted wonderful. My wife took a charcuterie board and it was also good with several varieties of cold cuts and two cheeses. The kids took burgers, carbonara and lasagna - everyone was happy! Good toilets with a fun queue ticket system! Stop thinking you will get five star service here. Lower your expectations and be surprised!

Had lunch, priced so well, and so quick to serve us. That is b’cos of one per Ali who can make impossibles , possible. He is so customer focused and very pleasant when approaching to the customers. I would recommend anyone this place. Nice and so peaceful

This is the restaurant IL Turista, located in the heart of Pisa's beautiful center and a testament to the city's exquisite traditions. I highly recommend "IL Turista que conquista"!

Abbiamo preso i cestini per il pranzo per i nostri alunni in viaggio d'istruzione e sono stati molto gentili nell'accontentare le nostre richieste. Assolutamente consigliato.
