Excellent and tasty dishes, both fish and meat. Excellent and refined service, friendly staff. The dining room is large and bright, and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing.

Timone is a lovely family-run restaurant serving excellent fresh fish and seafood – not a touristy fast-food spot, but a true slow-food experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely customer-focused – something you don’t always encounter in Salerno. Prices are very reasonable, which makes the entire experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is located in Via Generale Clark facing the sea. The interiors are bright, modern and welcoming. The cuisine is seafood, in keeping with the culinary tradition of Salerno. The fish is always fresh and well served, with elegant presentations. Excellent among all and recommended, the recipe for fish in salt. I suggest, however, to book because the restaurant is very crowded on weekends. The staff is very professional and quick in service.

Dopo aver sentito nominare tante volte questo ristorante,finalmente ci sono andato,grazie ad un impegno di lavoro! Antipasto ben presentato e ben preparato,anche se la frittura era un po’ secca,questo è una mia opinione però,per primo tubetti con rana pescatrice,infine direttamente il dolce ! Ne avevo sentito tanto parlare e sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto complimenti 👍

05/10/2025: Truly excellent food, everything delicious and carefully prepared—no complaints about the cuisine, the food was excellent! A shame about the service: there were four of us, they brought three dishes at once, and the fourth person waited over 20 minutes (the others had already finished). The same story with the main courses: we'd ordered three identical side dishes, but only one arrived, very small and even burned, because "they were out of potatoes." Finally, we asked if a small discount or at least a gesture of kindness was possible, but nothing, not even a coffee offered (one was even forgotten). Top-notch food, I'd go back for that, but it's a shame: sometimes it's the little gestures that really make a difference.
