Ho cenato due sere durante le vacanze ad ortigia. Sauté di vongole ottimo, vino bianco che non ricordo degno delle vongole. Anche gli spaghetti alle vongole e poi spaghetti tipicamente siciliani con mollica acciughe e capperi buoni. Personale cortese, il proprietario ha risolto un problema di persona . Consigliato

A very cosy and tasty place. For 30 eur I got a huge plate of mussels and shrimps as part of local amazing seafood soup and yummy truffle - smth like ice cream but much better and tastier than that. And wine, and tea, and coffee, of course. The most remarkable thing is that I am intolerant to hell of things, but was eating local bread and this desert w/o any negative reaction from the body, which is freaking awesome. I bet they do some natural magic here! Once here again - will be the 1st place I visit.

My wife and I took a 10-day Road Trip through Sicily. Without a doubt, this was the restaurant with the best food we got. The pastas are very good. If you have any idea what you're going to eat at a gourmet place, this is not for you, it's more home-cooked food. We ate there both days we were in Syracuse!

I ordered swordfish and it was very good. Plus a glass of white 'house wine', which unfortunately was tasteless, I didn't even want to drink it. It tasted like notes of vinegar.
Nevertheless, the price for swordfish is very ok.

Everything was very good and tomato sauce was perfect but out portion „grill Calamari“ was not so great, calamari were cleaned bad so the whole taste was kinda bitter

I am writing this review with great pleasure, because I found this restaurant in Ortigia, where I had never been, where we had a really good time; I'll avoid all that nonsense that is written in reviews. I'll just tell you that you eat very well. The service is excellent and the owner is kind and helpful, among other things at the end of the meal he brings you a lemon sorbet which is delicious! Ah, I forgot something not to be underestimated: you don't spend a lot and I repeat, you eat very well with generous portions 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻☺️
