The meat was good but clearly not at the level of what I expected, I still give it 4 stars and out of respect because we ate well, on the other hand the waiter was dirty but to a point that one cannot imagine, the hands black with dirt the apron disgusting, I have never seen such a thing, it shocked us because it contrasted so much with the kitchen who brought out rather well done dishes, but the waiter was a horror.

Simply unique place. Small place (25 seats), very private and welcoming. If you are looking for a place to be seen on social media, this is not the place for you, this is a rustic place that almost looks like a refuge in the mountains. The owner literally makes you sit in his home. You only come here to eat really good meat. Anyone looking for frills or trifles is in the wrong place. Excellent cured meats and cheeses but the meat is the star. Excellent kindness, knowledge of raw materials and professionalism. It will definitely be a regular stop from now on. Really local compliments like that no longer exist, keep it up.

The Temple of Meat is everything I was looking for in a restaurant that serves meat. The atmosphere was rustic and warm enough, the service was welcoming and the cuts of meat available were explained to us. Excellent raw materials, and top cooking. Great advice

Restaurant worth a visit if you are a meat lover. Small place where the specialty is a vast choice of meat, which also ranges in choices such as ostrich or zebra. Not for everyone, medium-high price, come here to relax and enjoy the evening. The tagliolini made with meat sauce are excellent but truly excellent. Super recommended. I also ate a slice of Wagyu, it was really soft, sweet and tasty. Aesthetically, it's a place worth seeing again, given the class. Highly recommended given the wide choice of cuts of meat. Approved

Not really my thing but overall good

First time, recommended by friends. From the outside a simple house.. very rustic inside.. refuge style, perhaps some precautions need to be taken. The spectacular meat, very particular and good cured meats and cheeses. You should try all the meats. Super recommended and I will be back! The owners are very kind, especially the "grandfather". It's the third time I've gone there, the last one alone. It's 38 km from Biella, so it's worth the quality meats. Everything excellent. try it to believe it.
