In my opinion, a sublime place; I've now called it home. I've brought a dozen friends over the years, at tables of two or three people maximum, and everyone has always been satisfied. The owners are kind and experienced in livestock, and their supplies are authentic. Not all cuts of meat are always available, which shows they seek out the best ingredients. Their choice to keep seating small is evident, to highlight the care taken in each individual dish, and it's highly appreciated. Every time I go to the temple, I leave satisfied, with a full stomach and a delicious palate. The first courses, characterized by the use of homemade egg pasta, are highly recommended. SAKURA YOZA IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS A MEAT, IN ALL ITS CUTS, STRICTLY. Fair prices for what you eat, especially considering the rarity of the meat (many rare cuts, such as reindeer, wagyu, bison, buffalo, crocodile, kangaroo, zebra, and the most common cuts of our Piedmontese culture, including various beef, quinine, etc.). The desserts are also meticulously crafted; I personally always recommend the apple pie dipped in vanilla ice cream—a sublime pairing. I should point out that the cuts of meat are served pre-cleaned and pre-sliced, and are cooked in front of the dining room on charcoal and grill. In my opinion, this place is highly recommended. P.S. (I've been there about ten times, and I've never had a problem.) PLEASE NOTE: I WOULD ADD THAT WHEN I GO I NORMALLY GET: A CHOCOLATE MEATS AS AN APPETIZER FIRST COURSE AND ONE OR TWO CUTS AS A MAIN COURSE DESSERTS, COFFEE A 1/2 OR 4 oz. OF WINE, WITH DRINKS AND I'M GETTING ABOUT 70 EUROS CLEARLY IF YOU GET MORE REFINED CUTS, THE PRICE GOES UP, BUT A NORMAL PERSON CAN'T FINISH WHAT I NORMALLY GET.
