I hardly give 5 stars but this time I was also driven by the context and how much kids can change a place. The place is destabilizing because of how it was created in detail and is even more striking for those like me who have never been to this small town where you almost think you've been in the wrong place and seem almost uninhabited to this little oasis of elegance, education and friendliness. Very special and refined dishes from a chef who certainly knows his stuff and demonstrates study and updating in the search for something different and does it very well. Stars fully earned! What can I say, heartfelt congratulations!

Quando il cameriere ti presenta un piatto non è solo un ottimo cibo, ma un'opera d'arte. Appena torneremo a Piansano sicuramente andremo a mangiare nel Tempio. Bravo Francesco

I was there on a Sunday in February, excellent food, I ate an exceptional pork cheek not to mention the first fettuccine with asparagus and truffle with amatriciano bacon.
I will be back soon to try the pizza.
Ps..I only drank water, given the restrictions of the highway code.
And last but not least, Francesco, owner and chef, feels that he likes his job.

Questo posto è perfetto per qualsiasi motivo. Si mangia bene i piatti ti vengono spiegati e fatti al momento. Io personalmente ho mangiato delle fettuccine asparagi guanciale di amatrice e tartufo buonissime, unica pecca ( per mio gusto) troppo liscie a me piacciono più ruvide, una guancia di maiale eccezionale.. lo consiglio vivamente, ci tornerò ad assaggiare la pizza
